François is a fantastic host. He met us in Saint Martin and showed us around his house. He is very responsive. The house is perfectly located on a very quiet street which is 3 minutes walk to the beautiful shopping streets and 5 minutes to the Harbour. The house is very spacious, comfortable and very stylishly presented. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay here next time we are in Saint Martin

Great stay in a well furnished house ,spotlessly clean ,fully kitted kitchen with all you need for preparation of meals ,bedrooms well equipped ,off road parking in quiet neighbourhood good size garden with seating and getting the sunshine all day (June ) good wifi and nice Tv Dog Friendly 15 minutes drive to some fantastic beaches around La Tranche sur Mer which are also happy to have a dog on the beach , Les Sables d’Olonne well worthy of a visit ,10 minutes drive to a big SuperU supermarket Brice is definitely a SuperHost very proactive and responsive Would highly recommend

Very nice welcome from Christine who, having been unable to make herself available to welcome us, had prepared the stove: all that was left was to light the match! The accommodation is clean, functional, warm and spacious: perfect for taking a break, whatever the weather. We also took advantage of our stay at Christine's to go to Puy du Fou, located 25 minutes from the accommodation. The exchanges with Christine are warm and jovial, thanks again for everything!

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well-equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good spots on the island!

Very nice accommodation, clean and well-equipped. The host gave us great advice on the local addresses. Private hot tub is a real plus The accommodation is in a great location, between beaches, port, restaurants and city center (5 min walk).

Excellent family weekend in this functional house with very neat decor. We felt right at home, from the youngest to the oldest, and were able to enjoy the pool and the very well-equipped outdoor spaces. Nothing was missing, and Stephy's lovely hospitality is noteworthy. Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)
