The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

A dream house! Surrounded by a large plot, the house is spacious and well laid out. We immediately felt at home. The pool was much appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Fiber internet connection that allowed efficient teleworking for several people.

Perfect for a small family, like ours with two children. The accommodation is very well located near the heart of the village of La Flotte. Underground parking allows you to park the car. ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .

house in a new subdivision located in a locality. Quiet +++. Walking tour in the surrounding marshes, car to arrive very quickly at daily or leisure amenities (beaches, markets, marshes, etc.). Being 2 couples with small children, the layout allowed to have our 2 places of nights + shower + toilet separated (practical to be independent). House where all the amenities are well thought out, clean, accordingly and even for the children, very appreciated! thank you 😉 Pool and garden pool and garden pool at the top and secure thank you for the stay at your property 👍 just a downside odor for the shower master suite, we warned. We used the spacious master bathroom with a nice organization 😁 because 4 adults and 3 children.
