It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location, comfort, and quietness, with the sound of the sea too!

In the city center of La Tranche-sur-Mer, the apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residence. You will enjoy the sea view from the balcony, beach 50 m away, shops 200 m away. An entrance hallway leads to the bathroom, toilet and a very bright main room comprising the living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. The bedroom includes a 160 X 200 bed. Linens are provided for bookings of 2 nights or more. Free underground parking, max vehicle height 180 cm.

nice renovated studio, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby….the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a secure double entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . In Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are paid from April to September, I give you a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. City center house - 200 m from central beach

Small sea view upstairs for this beautiful 60 m2 newly renovated house that can accommodate 6 people, close to the city center and the ocean. Our home is cleaned and disinfected to make you feel confident enough. La TRANCHE SUR MER is 30 minutes from LA ROCHELLE or LES SABLES D'OLONNE. It takes an hour to get to ÎLE DE RÉ. You can visit several islands by ferry. The house can be occupied summer and winter.

350 m from the sea! Hyper Center – Everything on Foot!

All cute! All redone! Located 350 m from the beaches and close to the shopping streets of the city center, quiet in a car-free cul-de-sac. Our vacation cottage is bright, warm and functional, a cozy little nest for 2 people. Time for a break or for a few days of vacation. You park around the maisonette and after all is on foot!
