House vacation rentals in La Tranche-sur-Mer

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hulotte. The place is perfect for both families and groups of friends, with many activities on site. We celebrated the end of our partials in a relaxed atmosphere, with the possibility of listening to music freely. The heated hot tub was much appreciated. However, there is a small downside regarding the pool, which we also thought heated according to the information provided by the host, but which was unfortunately not.

This is the second time we've spent a quiet time in this little haven of peace and we'll be back for sure!

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We spent a week at Marine’s property. It is absolutely beautiful. The interior is immaculate and spacious, whilst the outside offers a quiet private space with a gorgeous pool. The property has some lovely fields surrounding it, so great for summer walks. We enjoyed taking day trips to surrounding areas - especially La Rochelle Vieux Port. Very beautiful. Marine has been the perfect host, always available to answer any questions etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for the perfect stay and your kindness.

We had a great family vacation at Nathalie's place. Very reachable and responsive when we had questions beforehand, very good hosting with small gifts. Really great! Really ideal location with respect to the sea. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We stayed in this very nice house that met our expectations! The garden and its terrace were very pleasant. The kids didn't want to leave the pool. The proximity to the beach was a real plus for us! Communication was very good with our host. Really, a great time with the family!

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Excellent stay. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very well-equipped (the mattresses are very comfortable). It's very quiet and it's great to have the ping-pong table and bikes. We'll come back if we come back to the area😊.

Listing is as described, functional, spacious and very clean. We feel very nice there. In addition, it is in a great location, close to the beach and shops. All within walking distance. Antoine and Gladys are very accommodating about the departure and arrival time. I highly recommend this listing!

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

I had organized a family weekend with my children and nieces! It was great because the accommodation is very large and on 2 levels, which means that we can be together and at the same time independent! The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to the city center and the sea! The accommodation is very beautiful and very well equipped, nothing is missing! We all had a great weekend and are ready to go back!

Super cute little apartment, perfect alone or for 2 and decorated with great taste! We felt very good as soon as we entered and Patricia's welcome is super warm. Small detail but the bathroom could be refreshed but is fully functional. Great location to be quiet at the gates while being next to the center with small restaurants, shops and markets. We had an absolutely perfect stay in Antoine's house. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests: the house is very well equipped, decorated with great taste and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to everything while remaining quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden is a real little piece of paradise, ideal for convivial family moments around the plancha, or to relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day. A big thank you to Antoine, who is adorable, very available and accommodating: he is an exemplary host, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very conveniently located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy.
