An entrance hallway leads to the bathroom, toilet and a very bright main room comprising the living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. The bedroom includes a 160 X 200 bed. Linens are provided for bookings of 2 nights or more. Free underground parking, max vehicle height 180 cm.

We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a beautiful sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is still very close, just a 3-minute walk away. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, and the exteriors were designed by a landscaper.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
