IL est en hyper centre et donne sur une charmante place à 2 min à pied de la place du ralliement. La chambre est située côté cour donc est au calme. Parking payant à 1 min à pied et stationnement gratuit à 7 min à pied. Tramway à 2 min à pied. NB: Je tiens à vous informer que des travaux sont en cours dans l’immeuble de 8h à 17h du lundi au vendredi. Du bruit est donc possible sur ces créneaux. FR8VTDBE

The T2 apartment of 38m2 is located on the ground floor of a small building located rue Jean Bodin on Angers. It has just been renovated and consists of a living room / kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom / WC. It is located 5 minutes walk from the train station, 3 minutes from the Catholic University of the West and 10 minutes from the hyper center. Paid parking on the street is available or 400m free.
