In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Calm and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock,.. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
