Vacation rentals with lake access in Sarthe

We had a lovely time in this cottage. The welcome was very warm and Elodie is very attentive. We would highly recommend it!

House located at the bottom of the garden, very clean, quiet. The nearest tram station is a 10-minute walk, convenient for getting on the circuit. Hélène and her husband were very welcoming to us.

A perfect place for our small family, properly equipped! We were with a baby, everything was planned and anticipated even the baby plate and cutlery! Peaceful environment, we were able to enjoy the zoo 7 minutes away, take a walk by the loir and enjoy the view from the accommodation! I highly recommend this place, the bedding allowed us to recover miles made during the day. We will come back! See you soon!

Upon arrival: wow! What details and care provided for our arrival, it was perfect. Everything you need to kick off our vacation: small and personalized welcome sheet on the door, small bouquets of garden flowers on the 2 outdoor tables, soft music in the accommodation, everything you need to get started (toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablet, beds made, coffee and teas...)... Everything was even better than the description. The cottage is sublime, the bedding is just perfect, the green spaces all around are magical, the hosts are very welcoming (including their children with our son who is still younger)... What else I don't know. The area is quite touristy but while keeping the warm side of the countryside. This is an address we keep, and will recommend. Thanks!

We had a great stay, with direct access to the forest, the lake is within walking distance, with many hiking trails. The accommodation was impeccable and very well-equipped .

We had a totally magical three nights at this wonderful place. Nestled amongst woodland with nothing but the sound of birds to enjoy, this haven is a unique and special place to stay. We felt incredibly lucky to have found it and to have had the privilege to stay here. We greatly enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen with views of the trees and playing scrabble by the magnificent fireplace during the cosy, cooler evenings. Our lucky dog had the run of the house and land and couldn’t have been happier. So much history, style and beauty - we will be back for sure! Thank you, Cyril for sharing your place with us. Spacious and comfortable I recommend it!

What a fantastic place to have a family holiday! We stayed in an apartment and it was spacious enough for a family of 5, well equipped and comfortable. Facilities on site were excellent, our children attended the kids club a few times and made lots of new friends. The pool area with loungers was our favorite spot, we had great weather which helped. The staff here were also exceptional, suggesting places to visit and when we had car trouble they were so kind and helpful with translation. Would highly recommend for a family holiday.

The apartment is comfortable, quiet and very well located. Parking is convenient and secure. The instructions for installation are complete and very clear. Gaël is attentive and responds very quickly. We had a lovely stay.

Very convenient accommodation in the center of the village. Stéphane was super responsive to what was actually a user error on my part. I spent a week without any problem.

A very nice stay in Le Perche with the family. The house is nice, well-equipped and very typical, located next to a small pond and games for children (swing, etc.). Perfect for a quiet holiday!

Great place to stay for a quiet, natural vacation. The property is great and we really enjoyed the lake, the campfire pit and the terrace. Of course, you can't expect big luxuries in the house, but if you don't, you can't go wrong with this place. The operators were also very nice, we had a really nice time.

We loved our stay here. The interiors were very charming, everything was nice and clean, beds comfortable. Abdel make us a delicious dinner which was so special. Would highly recommend!

We spent New Years Eve here and he a wonderful time. The building has been lovingly restored. It has excellent insulation and the amenities are great. We spent the weekend walking in the grounds, in front of the fire and cooking—the kitchen is great!
