Townhome vacation rentals in Sarthe

We had a lovely stay at this house, ideally located in Alençon. You are close to all the shops in the city center via the Parc des Promenades, but also very close to the banks of the Sarthe, and the landscaped paths along the river. We also enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful garden of the house. In short, highly recommended!

Lovely house with lots of character - very comfortable, lovely private garden. great location - walking distance to city centre and a tram stop nearby. Perfect host, friendly and great communications. Really enjoyed our visit and thoroughly recommend.

Perfect. We were a large group and we still had room to eat, sleep… Ludivine was very nice and flexible, her house is perfect for staying in Le Mans (quiet but close to the center and the tram)

We had a great trip me in n Le Mans for the 24hour race. Charles’ place is very close to the T1 tram line that takes you directly to the track (about a 30 minute tram ride), it’s in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to restaurants, grocery, butcher, and shops.

We had a great time in Montoire at your place. Very clean and well equipped accommodation. Nothing is missing. The place is very quiet. Parking is easy. And the hosting was very well managed with kindness and respect. We will definitely be back next year.

To be booked without second thought. Clean accommodation is well organized. Perfect for our weekend at the 24h of Le Mans motorbike. Jean-Michel is very friendly ( seen in flesh and bones), he was very available during our stay and was able to adapt very quickly to a sudden event by finding us a solution. Stay for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Very good location compared to the circuit. For the rest hosts (by phone) very nice, available, checking in after the first night, and very accommodating for check-in and check-out times. Really nice accommodation too, with all the amenities you need

Very nice little townhouse, very quiet yet central, with a very nice courtyard. Tastefully decorated, modern, comfortable, excellent bedding. Isabelle is very friendly and attentive, very good contact. I highly recommend it, it's great value for money.

We had a great time at Sébastien's place. The accommodation is very well equipped and has everything you need in the kitchen. The boys were able to entertain themselves with the comics available as well as board games. The terrace is lovely to rest in the sun.

Superb accommodation located close to the train station and a few minutes' walk to the city center. Very clean and pleasant accommodation and very good communication from Amélie.

I recommend it 100%, Daniel and his wife's house is very well equipped: everything is there to feel at home. Everything is available, a real plus! We felt the attention of the hosts, from sheets to darts! Daniel gave us a very good welcome, a big thank you.

Great stay! Everything was as described. The environment is very pleasant. Our kids loved the books and toys that were in the house. I highly recommend it. Communication with Aurélie was very fluid.

We came as a family over 4 days to attend the 24 hours of Le Mans. The price of the accommodation was attractive compared to others for less good services. Fabrice was present before, during, and after our stay. We were greeted by his Father for the inventory and key exchange and there a real Happiness. He gave us plenty of information about parties, how to get there by car or transport, shops, restaurants etc...at the top! Fabrice heard from us during the stay, which is always nice. Listing is as described, clean, nice, and quiet. We recommend without hesitation!! Thanks again to Fabrice and his Father for this warm welcome

My husband, parents and 2 young children and I stayed at Sophie’s place as we were visiting relatives in Nogent. It was a perfect location being only a 5 minute walk from the relative’s house. The house is absolutely pristine and well renovated and very comfortable. Sophie was always responsive and gave clear check in instructions. I will happily stay here again when we come to visit Nogent again!

The accommodation is clean, pleasant, spacious and very quiet. We feel very nice there. It is close to the train station, shops and the city center. You can get everywhere on foot easily. I'll be happy to come back.
