Idéalement située à 300 m de la plage et des commerces, dans un quartier calme, c'est le lieu parfait pour passer du bon temps entre amis ou en famille. Le jardin de pins entoure la maison, vous pourrez y observer oiseaux et écureuils en prenant votre petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Les grands-parents de François ont fait construire cette villa dans les années 60 et nous l'avons entièrement rénovée tout en préservant son authenticité.

We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.
