Beach house vacation rentals in La Tranche-sur-Mer

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and effective, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 years and 4 years) also loved their vacation. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300 m away… enough to be completely disoriented!

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

pleasant stay, the 6 accommodations are well placed so that everyone is at home. The exteriors are clean and well arranged. Everyone has their parking space and the bike storage is very convenient!

Simply magical! 6 residents of a Seine et Marnais nursing home accompanied by 3 professionals stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house. And who share their tips The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean, the outside is a joy and the location (for those who love the beach) it is paradise sincea path just 50m from the house allows access to a sublime sandy beach. A very pleasant family trip during which everyone was able to find their activity (cycling, running, Padel or wingfoil, market walk etc.) I really recommend it.

this little house is perfect for holidays even when the weather is mixed. the bedding is spotless, the kitchen is functional, everything is thought out so that we are really good and we will come back with great pleasure

We had a lovely stay in Les Sables-d'Olonne, in this house not too far from the beach or the city center (by car) or any amenities. The house is as advertised, fully equipped, combines the old and the renovated... in short, everything to feel good!! In addition, Florence welcomed us in person, and it was a very friendly meeting! The exchanges had already been cordial by messages but we got to know a real "local", discussed the Vendée-Globe, the city... in short, a very easy and pleasant contact! Special mention for its flexibility on schedules (something rather rare in the area) which allowed us to enjoy a little more!! Really a stay that we enjoyed, with the seaside, the beach, the pork, the park...

A nice, modern, very comfortable house, with all the facilities for a good vacation, in a quiet area of the island, with access to beaches and bike rides. The house has a pool with heated water, which facilitates bathing at all times of day.

Great stay at Delphine's for this Christmas 2024 with the family. The accommodation is totally suitable for 10 people, spacious, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Beachfront within walking distance and city center as well. Once the car is parked, no need to touch it. It was perfect! Thanks Delphine!

We came to spend Mother's Day with our children in this beautiful home. We were very kindly welcomed by the person who opened the house to us. Pleasant not to go through a lockbox. We were able to appreciate its great comfort and refined decoration. The bedding is excellent, the kitchen equipment is amazing to prepare good dishes. The flowery exterior, perfectly maintained with its different living rooms is a plus. The heated pool delighted us. We would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Beautiful accommodation with all the comforts - perfect for 3 adults with 3 real bedrooms!! This house must be very nice on sunny days with its terrace. and its enclosed space. Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice.
