We just left Sandy & Chip's property, and couldn't be more enthusiastic about our stay. They are incredibly friendly and responsive, and our time in Sonoita was perfect. The property itself is a bit like a very chic, incredibly well-appointed, treehouse. The private second-story deck (and entrance to the space) is adjacent to a luscious healthy tree that offers birdsong, shade, and respite. The exclusive-use deck provides views for miles, which can be enjoyed from delightfully plush outdoor chairs. The indoor space is cozy and well appointed, featuring a dream of a kitchen, fantastic shower, and, better still, everything was sparkling clean. Plus - dog love! They've friendly and warmhearted furry beasties that will offer you a hello and allow as much petting as you'd care to give. We wouldn't hesitate to return, and hope to do so soon. (Scent-sensitive guests may wish to note that a plug-in air freshener was in use and towels and linens were strongly perfumed [laundered/freshened].)

We stayed here in March for a weekend to attend a wedding. I was hessitant to stay in town as Del Rio has a large lake nearby and I preferred to stay close to the water. Staying at this house was the right decision as it was able to accomodate 9 of us comfortabley with fun things to do for the kiddos while we were getting ready for the wedding. Back yard is clean and well kept with a few games (Yard pong, corn hole, plastic axe throwing). Very quiet neighborhood and felt private. Lots of churches nearby and also felt very safe. We would stay again if we return to Del Rio. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. If you want a comfortable, well-located place that feels like home, this is it. Javier's place was amazing. This was truly one of the most unique airbnbs we've ever stayed at. The property is absolutely stunning and you can tell that Javier thought of every single detail when putting together this perfectly curated home. It had everything we needed and more. Even though there are other buildings/restaurants on the property, it really does feel like your own private space. Javier was also very helpful in helping us get reservations and was quick and eager to answer any questions we had leading up to & during our stay. Would recommend 10/10. Can't wait to visit Valle again!!

This quiet little RV was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Big Bend. The location is ideal- close to everything in the city, yet peaceful and relaxing (try the outdoor shower)! One of the highlights was the incredible view of the stars at night- absolutely breathtaking. Kym was an extremely responsive and wonderful host, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return on our next adventures!

Mel is a fantastic host. Desert weather put a little wrench in our plans, but Mel was flexible and super helpful. We wound up spending an evening in the tent at Site 7 and had an incredible experience. The tent was sturdy and the cots were comfortable. We used the Adirondack chairs and the fire pit to make s’more’s. We lucked out with a clear, star studded sky. It felt so special and unique to be out in the desert taking it all in. So cool! Proximity to BBNP and food/groceries is perfect. We got in later than expected and had a little trouble finding the site in the dark. It wasn’t for lack of VERY CLEAR instructions, more human failure and unfamiliarity with the place. Mel recommended getting settled before sunset and so do I ;) Thank you Mel for a truly unique and amazing experience! We loved it <3

Katya was a great host. She responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The house was beautiful and great for a family vacation. We all loved the pool. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Would highly recommend this Airbnb. They also accommodate for toddlers. They had a high chair, bassinet, and baby walker. The pool also had some toys in a chest and life jackets. We left a giant purple floaty for future guests💜

What a great place to stay! We were a little unsure about the description at first but it turned out to be in a perfect spot for seeing the charm of some of the older parts of Tucson. We were two women riding our bikes through the neighborhoods and The Loop and ended up being the perfect stay for that! The barrios were about an 8 min ride away and The Loop was about a 15 minute ride to get to. The place was clean and unique. We LOVED the hot tub and the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the company of the cats - made the experience so much more fun. The hosts seem very nice and helpful, they responded really quick when he had a little issue. I would totally stay here again!

Alison’s Airbnb is very close to the Tucson loop trail for me and the close by hiking trails were great for my daughter. The condo has separate bedroom besides the master bedroom which was convenient for my daughter. All in all, it was a great stay and vacation time. I would like to do it again next year. Alison is a great host and the condo was decorated and furnished to make you feel very comfortable. My daughter remarked how complete the kitchen and support utensils were. I appreciated a bed that I slept so soundly.
