Archelon Field: Luna Cabin

Fernanda Rating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our stay was amazing, it was my husband, my two-year-old girl and my little dog at the end of summer and it was still very hot. The cabin was an amazing refuge, it had air conditioning. A terrace to be outside without any problems, with a hammock, a table and a fire already set up for you ❤️ The cabin has everything you need and access to the beach is very close. Plus, there's an excellent cafe right in Archelon. The breakfasts are very good too. And well! The stars, beautiful. There is a beach (La Gringa) less than 15 minutes away, awesome. They gave us good reviews of where to eat and go. This accommodation is really worth it. I'd go back without thinking.

Our home in the desert! Lovely house, beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed. Has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the sunrise, the sunset, the silence and gazing at the stars at night. The Wifi is not very strong but it works. The host is responsive and affable. Highly recommended!

Surf Palapa Paradise and Cerritos Beach

NikiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We are incredibly grateful to Andrew for making our stay at his home a memorable experience. His fantastic recommendations for local food and activities truly enhanced our trip. The cozy hut, complete with an outdoor kitchen, was perfect for our beach-loving family and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beach was just a short walk away (we also opted to drive with our beach gear), and we enjoyed delicious tacos right on the shore, as well as coffee conveniently located near the parking area. We had the pleasure of meeting many amazing people along the beach, and even rented surfboards to try our hand at surfing. Everything about our stay was fantastic! A special highlight for the kids was the pool and hot tub, which provided the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Thank you, Andrew, for everything! We can't recommend this place highly enough!
An outdoor kitchen features a unique turquoise countertop and earthy walls, blending with the natural surroundings. The space is accented by a tall cactus and a rustic wooden ceiling. Appliances, including a stove and a refrigerator, are visible, providing essential cooking amenities.

Bunny's House

This was a darling house! Loved the decor. Bed was comfy. Marfa is very walkable in general, but this is in a great location to get anywhere easily. We loved that we had plenty of room to park our little camper while visiting for a couple nights. Thanks so much for a great stay!
A rustic courtyard is featured, showcasing adobe structures and a wooden picnic table surrounded by natural desert vegetation. The pathway is lined with stones, leading toward a charming, weathered door and a vibrant parrot decoration on the adjacent building.

Rodera - Double Cabin #1 San Antonio de las Minas

AntonioRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had the best time…!!!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the views are amazing and totally took advantage of the sounds of the morning, a rooster, many types of birds, and a little breeze, to have our coffee on the deck… The dirt road is well maintained for a dirt road, I can see where people say it’s challenging, but we conquered it taking time and not being in a hurry, I drove so I did it slow to be able to look around too, very beautiful town… We are looking forward to staying here again…!!! Thank you Rodolfo for letting us stay at your beautiful place…

Charming Adobe Casita near Plaza

HeatherRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a lovely space! Tall ceilings with beams, a beautifully tiled kitchen, colorful bathroom, comfortable sitting area - not to mention the COURTYARD. It was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed the coolness of the evening and morning under a tree wrapped in lights, surrounded by flowers.. it was wonderful. The space was clean, and we slept so peacefully. The sky lights leave the space bright in the day, but it was still dark and cozy at night. Our hosts were very polite and helpful when we bumped into them. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook with, including simple items like salt, pepper, and oil. The living space is stocked with books and games which we enjoyed! Highly recommend!!

Tucson Home w/ Patio - Near Outdoor Adventure

It was a very nice spot, great views of the mountains. Very private; private patio. Every room was squeaky clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Diane was very nice and easy to communicate with. I will gladly recommend it and probably will use it for myself and guests coming into the area to visit.

Marfa Hill House

LesleyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I feel more at home here than at my own house. This property is a sanctuary. Surrounded by nature, unique art everywhere you look, balcony overlooking the entire town, the comfiest bedding, walkable to anywhere you need to go in Marfa -- I could really go on and on. But words don't even do this place justice - it's truly something that must be experienced. My family and I booked both of the houses on Robert's property (the hill house and the canteen) and being able to enjoy the entirety of the grounds and different hang out areas was incredible. Although located off the main road, we still felt secluded and like we had plenty of privacy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a peaceful getaway. My family is in love with this property. I don't think we will stay anywhere else in Marfa. I can't wait to go back.
Several unique dome-shaped accommodations are seen against a clear blue sky. Each structure features a glass front and a small terrace with a thatched roof, set on a grassy slope. The natural landscape surrounds the buildings, creating a serene environment.

Historic Mesilla Adobe Home

SavannahRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Samuel’s place was great for our weekend in Mesilla/Las Cruces. We have two dogs and prefer to travel with them, and his place was perfect! Not only a great yard, but also a large beautiful (and typically empty) park RIGHT next to the home. The house is all you need and temperature was always comfortable. Instructions were clear once we got there. The only note I would say is that the home is shorter because of its traditional style, so if you are on the taller side, I would move through the house carefully. Last thing we loved — there were very quiet and peaceful goats next door, and my dog treated it like TV. It was the most entertaining thing we could’ve done for the them. Thanks again! We will definitely stay here next time.

Under the Stars at Old West Adobe - Green & Gated

SandiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is our second time staying at Monk and Simonne's place. We will continue to come back to it when we visit Tucson. Beautiful garden that we used like our living room. the space is comfortable, colorful and nicely decorated. Having a well stocked kitchen is a big plus - no rush for food the next day and plenty of snacks. Monk and Simonne are some of the nicest, warmest and flexible hosts I've met.

Earth House Marfa

EricRating, 5 stars1 week ago
An excellent base for exploring Marfa and the Big Bend region. The house is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, laundry, high-quality linens, AC, books, and even a record collection and functioning record player. The place doesn't seem quite finished; the floors in an extension are exposed concrete and the yard has some strange equipment in it and is basically unusable. But this also describes Marfa itself. Two things to consider before booking: One of the bedrooms is windowless; and the clawfoot tub really should not be used as a shower by anyone with balance or mobility issues as there are no grab bars or even non-slip treads.

Authentic Adobe Mexican Casa Historic District

JasonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
An absolutely beautiful New Mexico casita - I especially loved the artistic tile work throughout the place. It was large for just me and my dog and I only used one bedroom, although I highly recommend it for a family visiting Las Cruces. The price was very reasonable especially compared to many of the standard hotels in the area. Esther is very nice and professional and I very highly recommend it!!!!

Casa Damiana

Loved it! The outdoors kitchen and bathroom are amazing! I loved cooking breakfast outside and sipping coffee among the trees and desert. The only downside is the stove which isn't very effective but it works. Just be a bit patient and take it easy. Just don't try cooking for 10 people 😆 Would DEFINITELY stay there again. It's almost like glamping. extremely healthy 🤘💪

Sorta Summer 'Norte' Rowhouse in Historic Barrio

MelissaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We spent just a few days at Nicole’s place and wished we could have moved in - it was a great layout for two friends, with the most comfortable beds, simple and beautiful furnishings everywhere, a perfectly stocked kitchen, an awesome backyard, easy off-street parking, and even on some unseasonably hot April days the whole home stayed cool and comfy. Already trying to figure out when we can come back. I also loved Nicole’s recommendations - so many of my favorites plus some cool new local spots to explore (the nearby bakery - sooo good!).

Old southwest luxury & glamor - Bolsius House

MonikaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The historic house of the architect and artist Charles Bolsius is nothing less than spectacular. Every corner, every single detail is art! It has an extensive library and a grand piano you can play! (Too many places lock it or tell you not to touch it.) The host was quick to respond and gracious. I genuinely haven't seen such a clean Airbnb before. It was like staying in the museum and being allowed to experience the artist's life and, later, the life and tastes of the extraordinary family that purchased and renovated the house. I don't want to spoil it—read it yourself on Wikipedia and other places on the Internet, or even better, book it and then discover this gem through your own experience!
