Vacation rentals with beach access in La Joya

Excellent, a very nice place

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

We had an amazing stay! My boyfriend, our dogs, and I loved the cozy, peaceful studio perfect for relaxing. The beach is just a short walk away, and the temazcal was such a unique and special extra. Romy was super friendly and responded quickly to anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need and in good condition, the area is very quiet and safe. Fabian's service was excellent, he communicated with us before we arrived at the place, the service was very good.

This was the perfect place for a two week escape. Having never been to Loreto before, this was the ultimate location with the restaurant and cafe nextdoor and quick walk to the water. If you are a first-timer to Loreto, this is your spot for sure 🤠

We had a fantastic stay in Pescadero. The home is very spacious snd clean. It has authentically beautiful Baja decor and colors. The views are just incredible and listening to the waves at night was such a treat. We went out and did activities, but honestly we loved sitting on the back patio best of all! Such a relaxing spot. Neil and Andrea were fantastic hosts-very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely return for another trip soon!

Easily the most lovely place I ever stayed. We felt right at home and the place is designed in a way you feel right at home. The location and pool are a highlight I still dream about! Thanks for letting us stay and have this great experience.

The accommodation is as advertised, the bed is very comfortable and you rest very comfortably, we only got to sleep since we followed a path and slept very well, the host was always attentive to us, the place was super clean and pleasant.

We had a wonderful time at Casita Barranca. Everything about the Casita was perfect. It was so comfortable & cozy. The views were amazing. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, hanging out on the patios & just feeling relaxed!! We spent 4 nights, but could have definitely stayed longer. Amelia, thanks for having us!! Pam

The house was comfortable, sleeved well but the baths could use some upgrades. Everyone’s time was enjoyable

Location was good, the walk to the beach is a bit steep. You have one side with stairs but the first step is 3 feet high. The other side is sidewalk but again the last step is a big one. Pool was great at temperature but it gets cold at night so ability to use it at night is a bit negative. The pool light also gets annoying in the bottom room, even with blackout curtains. The beds are very nice. They don’t make noise, firm and clean. TVs are all smart and loaded with all streaming apps. I baked a cake in their outside wood oven a bit challenging but did the work. Fully loaded kitchen and mini splits in all areas for comfortably temperatures. There is a jacuzzi on the roof but it did not had water not sure if it works. The view from the roof is amazing and had comfortable chairs to hang up there.

Wow, just WOW! If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! This stay was next-level amazing. Every single detail was meticulously thought out and flawlessly executed. You can truly feel the love and care that went into creating this space. From the incredibly comfy beds to the abundance of soft, fluffy towels, everything felt welcoming and just like home. The host? Truly exceptional. Kind, thoughtful, super responsive, and clearly knowledgeable - every answer was not only helpful but also insightful. This is the gold standard of hosting. Superhost doesn’t even begin to cover it! And the location... pure magic. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this is, without a doubt, the most beautiful area I’ve ever visited. You're just steps away from amazing restaurants, vibrant bars, and stunning nature. Highlights? Watching seals at Coronado and snorkeling just a short 10-minute walk from the house! Unreal. If you're considering booking — DO IT. This place is a dream come true. 💫

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We loved that it was right next to a beautiful beach and that the pool was also available. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need. The location is in a very quiet place and close to the city and also to the most popular beaches of La Paz. Alvaro's service was always very friendly and he suggested activities and places to eat well. We will surely return to this place.

Third time staying there, and I'll keep doing it.

Luisa was a really good host, she answered on time all my doubts. The place was really nice with all the necessities that we needed. It’s right in front of the beach so all we had to do is bring our stuff down the sea shore. Everything was very comfortable and peaceful, the neighborhood is nice, there is people around but not extremely loud. Very nice place. Great for a relaxation trip.

This place is simply paradise. You truly won’t want to leave. So the only solution is to come back! :)
