Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet area of the island. Lots of space to spread out. One of the only a handful of homes on the island with a private pool that I could find. The host is fantastic! She was extremely responsive and informative. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

Great overall experience during our stay in Charleston. House was clean, big, and close enough to town and many things to do. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked extremely well. The noise complaints mentioned in other reviews were not a problem for us which was a big plus. I would recommend them in the future to anyone visiting Charleston.

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. Megan's place was close to everything we wanted to do in both Mount Pleasant and Charleston! Everything was 10-18 minutes apart. The stay has two bedrooms, one bigger than the other, each with its own restroom. Downstairs has a big cozy couch with a 1/2 bathroom, a small dining room nook/table, and a kitchen. We came in April, so the pool was too cold to dip into, but it seemed like the perfect Summer amenity. Megans place is simple and cozy and we would definitely consider staying there again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the sand. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight, without a doubt, was the heated pool. Even on cooler evenings, we were able to take a dip and enjoy it. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

This home felt cozy and peaceful. We felt right at home. We loved the private fenced in back yard for our dog. Also, we enjoyed the huge jacuzzi each evening. The place was really clean and provided lots of amenities. There is a huge inclusive park nearby if you have kids. So fun!! We loved staying here and will stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had an amazing time! Stayed with a group of 8 girls for my bachelorette party. The house was the perfect size and layout, super cute and clean. The outdoor area downstairs was a great place to hangout and the heated pool was a major bonus. The location couldn't be better, walked to the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, market, and beach. The hosts also had 2 boat options to rent for a day trip, we went with the yacht and it was perfect, so lush and convenient. Jessie was super proactive and helpful with communication, the trip went on without a hitch.

The place was fantastic, and Jen was great to work with. The space was so well thought out and in a great location, very convenient to Shem creek, downtown, and the beaches. Even though it is a guest cottage behind their house it was extremely private, and the back yard is a relaxing oasis with beautiful trees and flowers. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy with our stay at Travis's place. Travis was proactive and responsive, friendly and flexible when our plans changed a week ahead of our booking. Linens were plentiful and comfortable, great furnishings, everything we needed. We loved hanging out in the fenced yard with our dogs and had complete privacy on the porch and in the hot tub. Super Nintendo was an unexpected perk! Easy parking, walkable to an awesome park and great restaurants. Would love to stay again!!

Recently booked Michael’s house for a bachelor trip and it was great! Michael was very nice, responsive and flexible. I would give the experience a 10 out of 10 rating and would absolutely do it again.

This was the nicest North Charleston place we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen contained items we needed and plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! We had a great week long stay at Brooke’s place in Park Circle!! The workspace was great when I needed to get some work done. My husband loved the walk ability/run ability of the neighborhood. Park circle very close for restaurants, bars, etc. Downtown was a quick trip down the hwy. Sullivan’s beach 25 min away - great area and restaurants. Folley js about 35-40 but worth it!! House was clean; beds were comfy! Would def recommend and stay again. Brooke was very responsive and also brought beach chairs within minutes of asking where they were! Thanks for everything !!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

it was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it and couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in! the location was absolutely perfect! easy walk to the beach and to the main strip with restaurants and bars. would highly recommend and we plan to go back again!

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!
