Cottage vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

First vacation of just our three sisters. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful environment from Jeff and Faith’ home to Habersham Village itself and amenities of both. Wonderful time exploring Beaufort and Hunting Island also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiawah Inlet Cove! This was perfect for our long holiday weekend and we enjoyed the short distance to the beautiful Beachwalker Park beach. During one stormy day, we found the cottage relaxing and enjoyed family time, reading and games while riding out the rain. We were impressed with the kitchen essentials and the amount of available linens for each room! A few local trips to nearby Freshfields village and restaurants rounded out our visit. We would definitely come back!

We had a great visit to Kiawah! The house was awesome and getting to the beach was easy. We especially loved the screened in porch with the outdoor fire pit. We will be back!

great home with lots of space and privacy. Quiet and lots of nice beaches and bike trails around. very clean and an interesting setting. Lots of fun games to play and the wifi and tv worked really well. It was a bit further than I expected but if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. My only suggestion would be to provide some beach towels and maybe a few beach chairs. I loved the home and would book again if I am in the area.

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. Thank you for having us!

Saltwater Zen was a little peace of heaven! What a great getaway for my husband and I . The view was beautiful! The house was nicely decorated and welcoming . They had all the essentials you would need . Definitely need a golf cart as it is the basic mode of transportation around the island! We will definitely be back !

Location, location, location! We loved the quick access to the pool and beach from our cottage. A family atmosphere throughout the area was great - felt safe at all times and had plenty of rest and relaxation. We were slightly disappointed in the outdoor seating area as we love to play games and enjoy late night dinners/conversations outside. The picnic table was in disrepair (boards missing) and prevented us from engaging in a 'whole family' sit down. This is an easy fix and I'm sure will be attended to. Overall, the Kiawah vibe was great. My son and son-in-law enjoyed golfing while my daughters and I enjoyed the Freshfield shops and a candle-making experience. Memories were made!

We absolutely loved our stay here with our 4 year old and 6 year old. The cottage was even cuter in person and felt both tucked away and connected to everything. The walk to the beach was easy (especially with the provided bikes) and we were able to easily get around Sea Pines by bike. (We rented from Sea Pines which made it super easy.) The kitchen was well stocked and we loved meals on the screened in porch. The pool was lovely on hot afternoons! Highly recommend for an easy stay in Hilton Head.

Cute little cottage. Convenient location right between Folly Beach and historic Charleston. Lots of nearby stores. Will stay again when we come back

We loved Lil Pearl! The cottage was comfy, cute, and just a shady walk (or rented bike ride) to both beach and restaurants. Teresa was communicative and friendly and made us feel right at home. A fully screened-in porch would have been the cherry on top for us, but the screen curtains around the outdoor seating area are probably 100% fine for most folks (the mosquitoes really seem to like us!). Definitely recommend this lovely cottage on all fronts. Thanks, Teresa!

Her place had everything we were looking for - great location - easy access to restaurants, stores and the beach, as well as a peaceful, beautiful setting. Also, a big plus on vacation … the beds are extremely comfortable!!

Natalie is a great host! She was very responsive and so helpful. Natalie had great local recommendations regarding events specific to our travel week. Cottage A was cute, with everything we needed, not even a full block from the beach! We biked or walked every where we wanted to go ob the island and loved it!

Alyssa is a wonderful host! This bungalow is so charming with the two porches and is larger than it appears in photos. It's very comfortable clean and cozy! Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a week long stay! Thank you!

Stayed here one night for a wedding/reception at the Citadel Beach House. Very close in proximity to Isle of Palms, shopping and restaurants. Host was most helpful and accommodating. House was spotless on arrival. Plenty of bathroom linens. Great choice for staying with family. Quaint and cute. Just the right size for our party of five.

Leslie and her family were super hospitable. The location was great - easy to get to downtown or to the beach. The space was super clean and was great for the two of us.

We loved staying at Palm Key and will definitely refer friends/family to stay there, and we hope to come back again soon! We had the pleasure of meeting Kim and Lee and they are the most friendly and welcoming couple. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog, and the location is perfect for mixing downtown Charleston and Folly Beach activities (15min drive to both). Can’t wait to come back!

Really appreciated being able to leave my car in the driveway after checkout so i could grab a few hours on the beach!

Perfect location, easy walk to the beach. Essentials provided along with beach towels and a beach wagon. We especially loved the cozy feel of the cottage.

Lyndy’s place was great. My fiance and I stayed for three nights while we checked out the Summerville and Charleston area to hopefully relocate. Lyndy and her husband were kind, responsive, and helpful. The cottage was well equipped with everything you would need and very clean. The location is just blocks away from downtown Summerville if you like to take walks and avoid having to drive. We were able to get to Downtown Charleston and Folly beach in under an hour. If ever needed, we would absolutely stay at Lyndy’s cottage again. If you plan to sip some coffee on the patio, pack some bug spray! Overall, fantastic visit.

Alicia’s place was cute and quaint! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. We were in town for a wedding and we also got to enjoy a nice day at the beach that wasn’t too far down the road and Alicia had beach towels for us to use. Great stay!

The house is as described or better for most categories. It is hard to beat the location, it is right across the road from public beach access and you have a nice view of the ocean. No problem running back if you forgot something or needed to use the restroom. The hosts were very communicative and gave some great suggestions. Great restaurants less than a mile away. The property is beautifully maintained and had all the amenities you could want for a week at the beach. We are already planning our return trip!

The place was just like described! Perfect for my dad and husband to come on a fishing trip. The horses in the field made them feel right at home. Great home! Friendly hosts!

Most charming neighborhood—peaceful, lovely historic homes; beautiful courtyard at house—great for morning coffee. Host cordially provided muffins and fresh fruit upon arrival. Adorable little green lizard showed up at the door every day. The location cannot be surpassed. Quiet and private but just steps from all the action in town. We walked everywhere easily. The house is quaint with small first and second floor—very adequate. Double bed was comfortable. Air conditioning on first floor and fan on second kept us totally comfortable. Everything was clean.

Amazing place to stay to experience low country. Great location with a million dollar view. The accommodations were above expectations and we could have stayed much longer.
