Condo vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

This was definitely a top 10 vacation! The area and beach exceeded my expectations. Everything is so beautiful and peaceful. Not over crowded and quiet. We enjoyed riding our bikes to local shops and restaurants, and spending others days reading on the beach. Will definitely book here again!

Mona was great and provided all sorts of information on the area. The condo was lovely and very quiet.

Jeffs place is a lovely cozy condo . Great for us, a couple, to stay in. It was very clean and has most everything we needed. Jeff is a very nice and responsive host . We were not expecting to be in such a public area but, we could walk to beach and that was great !

Perfect place for a quick little get away! Hope to return soon!

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

Love IOP! Would definitely stay here again. Condo is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. What sold it for me was not having to bring any beach items. They provide the chairs, boards and towels.

We truly had a wonderful time during our stay. It’s such a perfect spot for a young family to spend their vacation. Although we faced a few challenges with our original plans, to have more than enough options to build a “Plan B” and still create joyful memories together. We even checked off a couple of items from our bucket list! Thank you for your hospitality; I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

My stay here was great! Pictures are super accurate, felt very safe, loved being so close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk). If I had to complain it would be the lack of beach gear - a chair would have been nice to take down to the beach. The upstairs people were super loud during my stay. They were up all day and all night so you can hear quite a bit. And lastly, the front door frame was a bit loose but I didn’t worry because the island is so safe. I do feel as though it should be properly fixed though. Overall you can’t beat the price for Kiawah!

Highly recommend this spot for a couples/ girls weekend beach getaway. We had the studio and it was perfect for a quick beach trip. Two blocks from the beach, walkable to bars/restaurants, parking!! This spot combines what you like in a hotel stay with the comfort of an airbnb. Downside: walls are a little thin, but the owners supply a sound machine which helps with neighbor noise.

Lovely! Comfortable and clean. Very quiet. It was the perfect location for the Kiawah tennis tournament. Would stay here time and time again.

We have been going to Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms for many years. What an absolutely beautiful place. We love Mariners Walk and our condo this time was perfect. The owners have created such a beautiful living space and we are so grateful we got to stay there. There were only two of us staying this time and it was just right for two. Pool, Beach, Sunrises, Wonderful people and friendly with so, so many things to do on the property.

The condo was so cozy, clean and convenient for us since my husband was golfing at the resort courses. The views and the setting was peaceful and felt very secure. the kitchen had all you needed and the bed was super comfortable. it was our first time in SC and we definetly enjoyed our stay! This place was perfect for a relaxing beach trip for a family of 3. The daybed in the foyer area was a great “bedroom” for our daughter. The proximity to the beach with chairs set up for us daily could not be beat, and the view from the screened-in porch was fantastic. Michael gave us a wonderful list of recommendations, and we tried many of the places he suggested and loved them. This was our first trip to the area & we hope to return and stay here again! Highly recommend.

Nice, clean, and convenient place. We loved the proximity to the pool. At the last minute, we left our dogs at home, but we would choose to return to Steve's place if we bring the dogs in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the unit was. We never heard the guests who were above us, and only heard the neighbors to the side when they entered their unit.

This condo community was very quiet and welcoming with many permanent residents. The unit itself was very comfortable for 2-people. It had a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig), large washer & dryer, good AC and extra fans, with a comfortable and private patio. We loved how bikeable Hilton Head was and enjoyed the swimming pool, and free transportation via the Dunes Buggy and Breeze. We were able to go everywhere we wanted without having a car (except Sea Pines, which required a vehicle and pass). Laura was responsive and friendly host. We had a great experience and hope to return!

Had an absolute blast!

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

My husband and I loved our stay! It was super peaceful, and we were as close to the beach as you could get. We will absolutely be back!

We were in town for our son’s Marine graduation from Parris Island. Great location. Not far from Parris Island. Great view and very peaceful at night. Kimberly very easy to communicate with. Discovered Port Royal while there great little area as well

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

My wife and I spent four nights at this wonderful place. We found it perfect for the two of us. It was quiet, convenient and well put together. Sara was extremely proactive and helpful. We don't believe that we could have found a more enjoyable place to spend four nights at the Isle of Palms and will readily come back. We have the highest recommendation for this place and the company.
