We enjoyed our stay and found this location easy to get to as well as quiet and relaxing. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

This was an excellent location and just steps away from the beach. We also had access to beach chairs, towels, and bikes. In addition, Robert was very responsive to any requests or questions, and provided timely information about gaining access to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to use the unit again on a return visit to Hilton Head.

We enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo was decorated very nicely. Warm and inviting. The view from the deck was beautiful and it was nicely furnished. Both comfortable and functional. The beach access was great too with a shower and hose in parking area to rinse everything off. We will be back.

Better than the pictures! I’m a clean freak and this place matched my expectations. It’s was enough space for my husband, my baby, my dog and me. Lisa was very responsive and answered our questions while we were there. I appreciated the white noise machine too! We will make this our official beach AirBnB

We loved our stay! From the onset, the clear and fast communications made us feel at ease with booking and ensuring the home was a good fit for us. Once we arrived, we were able to walk around the premises and take the beautiful boardwalk to the beach even before our check-in time. The email we received prior had very detailed instructions for checking in and even local recommendations, all of which were very much appreciated. The view is absolutely amazing! Seeing the sunrise or sitting outside the deck for some coffee was priceless! The boardwalk to the beach was not too long at all and the shuttle was very convenient on super hot days. The beach chairs and beach wagon provided were excellent and we use those daily. The home was clean and very well stocked, containing all the supplies that we needed. We had all our questions answer during our stay and felt right at home from the beginning! Definitely was a wonderful beach trip!

Best Air BNB I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. It was pristine and the host was quickly responsive and answered all my questions. The ability to sit outside on the patio and have a view of the ocean was the highlight of this location and it’s about 5 minute walk from the Main Street where there are a plethora of restaraunts. It was perfect. Highly recommend if you visiting Folly!

This condo community was very quiet and welcoming with many permanent residents. The unit itself was very comfortable for 2-people. It had a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig), large washer & dryer, good AC and extra fans, with a comfortable and private patio. We loved how bikeable Hilton Head was and enjoyed the swimming pool, and free transportation via the Dunes Buggy and Breeze. We were able to go everywhere we wanted without having a car (except Sea Pines, which required a vehicle and pass). Laura was responsive and friendly host. We had a great experience and hope to return!

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

We had a wonderful stay at Queens Grant! You can tell the hosts really put in thought and lots of work to make this home amazing. A major plus was that it was pet friendly too. The appliances were new, the home was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need already there for us. The location was peaceful and quiet and it was steps away from the general store and a short drive to the beach. There were tons of little touches that made our stay so much greater and we truly enjoyed it. We can’t wait to go back!

The condo was fantastic for my family of five for our Hilton Head vacation . The condo was very well stocked for us and we enjoyed the convenient beach location and great view as well as the pools. Location was also very quiet but still close enough to get to all the restaurants and attractions in the area. We could could not have been more happy with the property

So often rental properties don’t match the description. This one did not disappoint. Seemed to have been renovated recently. Spacious, clean, and a great view of the ocean. We loved it and Wild Dunes is one of the best resorts in the Carolinas. Will be back!

Amy was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The condo was as described, beautiful 3br 3bath right on the beach. Each bedroom had a private bathroom, which was great. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. Numerous tvs available. The balcony is adjacent to the Windjammer, and we were able to enjoy some live music from their outdoor stage. Several dining choices within easy walking distance. Elevator worked fine, stairwell another easy option. Gated access, private parking, including one parking space under roof, and one in locked lot. We used the IOP Escapes credit to rent bicycles and boogie board for only the cost of delivery ($25), so a great benefit. All in all, a great location, well set up, and exactly as described. Would look to visit again if back in IOP. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Steve was incredibly easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our entire stay. His property was absolutely perfect and exactly the way it was listed as. There were no surprises with the property. The location was also amazing due to its seclusion and beachfront location. My family and I would love to stay there again. Gorgeous, clean, updated condo with incredible views, great amenities, and such a great central location. When you’re inside its so quiet and peaceful you’d never know you’re so close to all the lively restaurants and bars, so it’s the best of both worlds. Not to mention the ocean view right from the balcony. We’d love to come stay again!
