As advertised. Charming cottage in the perfect location in Poipu. Small but clean and airy. All sorts of supplies, spices, kitchen and beach gadgets. Furnishings not expensive but Linens, sheets and bedding were very nice. The landscaping and flowers were over the top. Owner communicates well and there were no problems

This place was absolutely amazing! We spent every single day sitting on the lanai with a cocktail in hand or a meal. The views are endless and amazing. From turtles to surfers, there was always something to look at. The condo had everything we needed for cooking our own meals and plenty of beach chairs and towels to take down the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing trip with awesome views. Thank you again!!

We love the location of this property having seen it from the outside on prior visits to Moloaa. The property is rustic and the building is looking pretty rough but given the location basically in the beach this is no surprise and what we expected. The rental unit itself is very charismatic, kind of like if you were shipwrecked in 1940 and built a boat as a treehouse to live in. It’s not for everyone but just delightful if it’s your cup of tea. Overall it’s a cozy and functional space, the only thing that doesn’t work well is a subset of the bedroom windows won’t quite close which in this climate doesn’t matter too much. We appreciated the washer/dryer. The beach here is glorious and you can’t get any closer to it than this. Note the public access is under your bedroom windows so there’s often early morning racket. Also be aware you’ll be charged Hawaii taxes by Mark separately from the Airbnb costs sometime after you book. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and secluded location right on the water. The views are unmatched. The cottage is removed from the crowds around Hanalei which is great for privacy but will be a decent drive to most restaurants and stores. The cottage maximizes the views with large windows facing the water. Since there is not A/C in the cottage (as indicated in the listing), we'd recommend to future guests to try and arrive in the afternoon to get the fans going and open the windows so that you can sleep at a comfortable temperature. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We were a family of 3 with a 9 year old and had a perfect stay here. The cottage had a beautiful ocean view and cool breezes all day and night. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkels, fins, yoga mats - this place is stocked for light packers. We walked to nearby restaurants every day and cooked a few meals with groceries from across the street. The trail right outside the front door is perfect for strolls or biking. We recommend kayaking up the Wailua River nearby and made a trip to Hanalei and multiple beaches nearby. The baby beach nearby was perfect for relaxing and swimming as well. Highly recommend!

Micco’s surf cottage was a magical place to spend a week in the area. Peaceful, private, tons of birds in the yard, and we loved the roosters – got us on an early schedule right away! His place is no-frills and full of character and charm, we felt right at home. Geckos, lizards, birds and yes some assorted bugs— we’re campers and didn’t mind any of the creatures that visited. Great walking distance to Hanalei, easy 10 minute walk to the beach a breakfast on the patio every morning to the sounds of birds and rain – we were very sad to leave and will definitely be back! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the years. Mahalo, Micco! See you back in Hanalei, or in Alaska!

Excellent location. Had pool all to ourselves. Close to Poipu beaches. A/C too small for heat of the day.

We had an amazing time staying at this property! The Airbnb has an incredibly spacious living room and kitchen. We greatly appreciated the AC in the bedroom which was essential on the hot days during our trip. The Airbnb was perfectly clean and all the amenities were as described. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella, which we used daily at the nearby Poipu Beach. The property is situated in a modern and peaceful development close to beach and the nearby shopping complex, which has a bunch of great food options. One thing to note - there are no curtains or window shades in the living room, so the privacy in the main area could be better. Overall, we loved our stay here and hope to be back!

If you’re looking for a real Hawaiian experience—away from resorts and crowded beaches—Kendall and Joel’s place in Kekaha is pure magic. The private beach alone is worth the stay: wide open, golden, and basically all yours. Morning swims. Sunset strolls. Stars so bright you feel like you’re in a planetarium. Their property is tucked among mango trees (yes, you can pick them!), and it’s the perfect launch point for west-side adventures. Waimea Canyon is a short drive away—and if you’ve never seen the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific,” prepare to be humbled. Polihale Beach, one of the most stunning (and spiritual) beaches in all of Hawai‘i, is also within reach. The drive is “easy” and 1000% worth it. This spot is low-key, wild, and beautiful—the kind of place that stays with you long after the tan fades. If you want nature, space, and that slow, peaceful vibe Hawai‘i does best—this is it. Book it.

The cottage was a fantastic launching pad and spot to relax/recoup. It was even more private feeling than the pictures depict. The cottage is surrounded by landscaping that makes the cottage, deck, and shower feel very protected, and quiet…. Yet also safe. The cottage kitchen is well appointed - making it easy to cook (or bbq out back) my meals. The cottage is located next to an easy to access beach, where you’ll often have it to yourself. Taline and Dan were awesome hosts with lots of local knowledge and were extremely responsive. The location is also such that it’s easy to find good food, and places to relax and explore.

This home could not have been a better place to stay for us. We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Kauai. Thanks to Ian & Melissa for the use of their wonderful home. Sheila & Dave Brown.

My family of 8 stayed a week at Belinda’s HBR 3 bedroom condo and didn’t want to leave. The views are incredible and the condo is in a perfect location within the resort. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Belinda provided a ton of great info before arriving and was a great host. Hope to be back!!

Beautifully decorated, well organized. Loved all the labels on the light switches. Lots of room and a great view of the pool. Comfortable area to walk and we felt safe. Recommend trying the many food trucks and local restaurants. Would love to return and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Princeville.

Very nice “ohana” (guesthouse)- nice architecture- octagonal - I liked it :) Very private. Felt safe and sweet.
