Location was perfect to explore the whole island! We enjoyed the bikes and water toys as well. The tv also had all the streaming services you can think of so when we needed a break from the sun, we had a quiet oasis to return to!

Fiancee and I had a wonderful stay at this place. It is located in an absolutely beautiful and quiet community, near some amazing beaches and scenery. Everything inside was clean and well equipped, and our stay was perfect as a result. The only regret was that it was simply too short. Hopefully we'll be back again soon! Mahalo!

I booked this stay as a solo trip for a conference at the Grand Hyatt, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised at how walkable everything was! There is a direct walking path from the street of this property to the Hyatt. If you keep going, it puts you right on Shipwreck Beach and the bluffs (part of the Heritage Trail) all within 10 minutes of walking! The property is quiet and peaceful with gorgeous surroundings, a quick drive to the famous Poipu Beach, and walkable to several restaurants. The space is on the smaller side so I would say it is perfect for one person or an unfussy duo. Would absolutely stay here again especially for anything at the Hyatt!

Apartment contains large master bedroom and bedroom with two queen beds and private bathroom as well, studio with large terrace, The apartment was better than we expected. Comfy beds, clean and comfortable rooms. Reception of the community complex was excellent. Basically it’s hotel with apartments.

Very nice stay. Surprising amount of amenities. Having multiple hoses nearby was very convenient, as well as the private porch to allow things to dry. Didn’t realize the laundry was free until the morning I was leaving so it was too late, but also a nice inclusion.

We had an incredible stay! Coral and Ian are very nice, very welcoming and gave us good insight about the area. Asia house is beautiful, and Princeville is such a relaxing community. We went to hideaway beach a lot which is in walking distance. Hanalai is also only a short 10 minute car ride. Overall we had a great experience

We enjoyed our time at Tom’s place! Best location on the island in my opinion, absolutely beautiful and slower paced. Close to beautiful beaches, hikes and good food. The place was very clean and pretty quiet. Tom was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great place to come back to and rest after a long day of adventuring.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kauai at Lori’s AirBNB. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location near a ton of restaurants and beaches, and very reasonably priced. They also provide equipment such as snorkels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc, which made our beach adventures that much better. Definitely would recommend
