House vacation rentals in Kauai

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

We loved staying at Donna’s place during our trip to the north shore! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place with a jacuzzi, wonderful kitchen and comfortable house! We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful. Was actually bigger than we expected. Truly felt like we had some personal space. It felt like home.

Great location in Poipu and an easy walk to the beach. Never had to worry about parking at the beach which was a huge plus for this popular location. Multiple restaurants walkable and wagons with chairs and umbrella made it an all around full service experience. The beds and pillows were very comfortable including the pullout bed. The pool area is right outside the door with lounge chairs to start and end your day. We truly loved our time here. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you

What a perfect princeville condo! Room enough for our group to spread out but great spots to gather inside as well as out by the pool. Loved our stay here!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It was quiet and private while still being close to everything. Jake was an awesome host and was quick to respond if there was anything that we needed. This location is perfect for the days that you want to hit the beach or travel up the coast.

Lovely home in a good location up in the mountains only a 10 min drive from Kapaa town. Since it is in the mountains there is a lot more rain. We ended up enjoying the south Poipu weather more so will probably stay there next time.

We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

Great space with a very nice host and lovely location. Easy to get to and from here and it was walking distance to beach. Had nice amenities like beach chairs and snorkels that could be used for day as well as bikes and kayaks. Overall very quiet and nice space. Would recommend and would go back.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. It is fully stocked. The gardens are stunning. The pictures don’t do them justice. The location is great. We will happily return!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

Our family of four had an incredible stay at the Hibiscus House! The space itself was lovely - beautifully decorated and filled with light and cool ocean breezes! We especially enjoyed the lanai and primary suite. The beach gear and bikes were well organized and much appreciated! Location was excellent - so close to Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kilauea, and other great North Shore attractions. Amy was so friendly and proactive. Would 100% stay again!

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

Awesome stay! Loved the amazing views, wonderful house and amenities. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking at Princeville If you are bikers, and have more than 2 in your party, definitely rent more than the two beach cruisers from Princeville bikes, to get to the beach and shops . There are a few hills! They are awesome! Recommend the easy Old Club Med hike down to the Hotel 1 bar...oh and the other way to the beach. Better beach area by taking the walk down to the beach access before 1 Hotel. A few tweaks to this beautiful, new Air BNB, which they are working on, and it will be perfect. Bring a bag of ice, most likely the Samsung ice maker will not come back to life...little things like that! Mahalo and I hope you love it!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Natalie’s tastefully decorated house. She has included many thoughtful extras for her guests to make use of. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, and the location of this Airbnb is quite central to all the things that visitors would want to see on the north shore of Kauai. A big Foodland is very close by, so that was very convenient. Natalie was super helpful and thoughtful! 😀👍

We stayed at the Turtle suite (a duplex, 1/2 a building), as they were having some issues with the Dolphin AC system. The main AC split in the living room was broken during our stay, though they did have an AC tech attempt to fix it. We didn't really care honestly as we left the door open most of the time. The duplex is huge, like 3000 square feet. Two living rooms, four beds. The balconies aren't huge but have great views of the ocean, especially the upstairs. We simply loved the place, especially the proximity to Brenneke and Poipu beach. It's right next to Kalapaki Joes which was nice. The place has a few quirks - the flooring is not in great shape, the design/layout is odd, but hey - it's a well loved AirBnB. Not something we cared about and it was a (relatively) good deal for the area. There was a surfboard, 5 chairs, 2 boogie boards, and towels included. Would I stay here again? 100%. I plan to actually. Also, the people managing the place were awesome! Thanks for a great stay.

Giselle and Richard are tremendous hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They really spoiled us with their hospitality! The house was splendid, spacious, clean and open. Our kids spent a great deal of time running around in the backyard having a blast! All around wonderful experience

Proactive communication. Clean and stylish, had towels, shampoo, beach supplies and kitchen supplies provided so it feels like an elevated experience instead of a host who is bugging you about the trash and linens.

This lovely home was perfect for our family and two grand babies. The single level with lots of open space was absolutely what we needed for two babies running around. We really appreciated that the homeowner had a child’s gate available to protect the children from going down the stairs that lead to the outside parking area. The views were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that would make it even better would be to provide a high chair. They did offer two pack and plays. We had a very memorable stay!

Our group enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to many beaches and we appreciated the beach gear that was provided. Laura was very responsive and flexible with our schedules which helped with the travel planning a ton!
