Condo vacation rentals in Kauai

Three of us had a wonderful 3 night stay at Alex's place and I'm so grateful as it was the perfect way for us to begin our Kauai visit celebrating our son's high school graduation. The condo was very clean, the beds comfortable, linens were so nice and the spacious kitchen had everything needed! There were lots of thoughtful touches like an informative binder waiting for us, plenty of beach supplies and several portable fans throughout the condo to keep us cool. We enjoyed our mornings on the lanai at sunrise and found the neighbors and grounds to be very peaceful and quiet. We'll definitely stay again and recommend Alex's place to others. One tip if you plan to grocery shop is to sign up online for the free membership at Foodland to receive significant savings.

We had a fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place! It was the perfect location to have a base for exploring the surrounding area of the North Shore. Her place was spotless and hands down the softest sheets of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. We’ll be back!

Very nice place to stay. When we had a problem, they came and took care of it right away. They also took action to prevent it from happening again with future guests. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We appreciated having the laundry available. Good location, close to grocery store.

Phenomenal place with a wonderful layout. 10/10 we are booking this place again. We were walking distance to beaches, bars and restaurants. A short drive to locations that we wanted to visit. Wonderful kitchen supplies as we cooked breakfast and dinner most days. Great array of beach supplies such as chairs, coolers, umbrellas,etc. Parking was easy and it was nice having a designated space. Can’t wait to return!

We had the best time and stay! We adventured around the island & absolutely loved the location because it was central to it all! Although we did not hang out in the Air BNB much during the day we always enjoyed coming back to the condo and would get the best sleep! The beach chairs were also an amazing bonus! Thank you Kaz!

We had the most wonderful honeymoon. Tom and Margaret were kind and allowed us an early check in. Beautiful condo and such a perfect location. It had everything we needed to be comfortable with a lovely cross wind with the doors opened. We would love to return again soon.

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Tom's place was fabulous. Tom was very communicative from the time of booking until about the day we left to ensure we had everything we needed. We came with the intent of just relaxing and that's exactly what we got there. The condo was clean & comfortable, had everything we needed, was quiet...except for the elephant footed people upstairs :( obviously no fault of Tom's. The grounds were extremely well kept and beautiful...very tropical, loved sitting on the patio just relaxing and listening to the birds & the palm trees sway in the breeze. Every staff member we came across was very friendly, was a very short walk to the beach with plenty of seating. BBQ's very accessible. Had a great time, would stay again !!

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. Thank you Annie and Greg you're wonderful people and for opening up your beautiful home in paradise 💙

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Veronica’s condo was exactly what we needed to enjoy our Honeymoon in Kauai! The location was our favorite aspect, you could get to each side of the island within an hour and we did so many activities that the location was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as described and the pool and grounds are beautiful. The sunrises from the beach right out front are gorgeous and we really enjoyed all the chickens running around. We would absolutely stay with Veronica again in Kauai.

Grateful we found this little gem. Truly a treat to stay here. We appreciated the extra care to detail including little chocolates and water to start our trip on the right foot. Loved it!

This is a very nice condo. The beach accessible from the property is excellent and a short walk from the unit. We took lessons at the Kauai surf school which is on the property. We used the athletic club, located just across the street, which has a very nice leisure pool and exercise facilities. Use of the club is included with the rental. We enjoyed going to the nearby Poipu shopping village and Shops at Kukui’ula for shopping and dinner. We enjoyed our stay here.

We cannot say enough good things about Kourtney + Keiths place!! They had everything under the sun you could think of, full kitchen, laundry + detergent, snorkels, beach chairs, cooler, lots of fans to keep us cool - do not let the no A/C deter you, lots of towels, close to the pool, spacious place, and they even had a binder full of recommendations for us upon arrival! We wish we could have stayed longer it felt like a home away from home! :) We hope to be back again one day, thanks again for an amazing stay! <3

Loved, loved Bret’s place! Beautiful first floor corner condo that provided the best view of the ocean and sunset! Location was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to grass area, pool, recreation room and walking trails. There was a bbq just outside condo near grass area where you could bbq dinner while enjoying the gorgeous view! Condo was clean , organized and had all the extras we needed! There’s a closet with beach chairs, ice chest and snorkel gear which we so appreciated! Bed was very comfortable! Bret’s place is spacious and we felt right at home! Condo is close distance to several spectacular beach’s, shopping, hiking, grocery, restaurants and food trucks. Bret is friendly and great with communication! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Princeville and cannot wait to return to Bret’s place! Thank you Bret for sharing your special slice of heaven with us!

Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets and in between were perfect days! We enjoyed our lanai and all the peacefulness there!!! Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was sooooooo comfy. Yes!!!! We would/will be back!

The spot was perfect for a couple looking for a no frills quiet place!! Excellent location….The beach house across the street is a must. Overall a great place to stay!!

This has been our favorite AirBnB yet! It is absolutely stunning! It’s clean, spacious, and the view is nothing short of spectacular! We sat outside watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean every day. Amazing views! And a huge plus is that you can see and hear the ocean from your bed! It was also very clean, we loved having a washer and dryer, and we used all the beach amenities offered (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, and boogie boards). All in all, great space, great location (it’s also right above turtle cave — which was cool), helpful hosts with a free concierge service, and just overall beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We were sad to leave it!
