Vacation rentals with a home theater in Jacksonville

Morgan was an amazing host! She was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was in the perfect area right near St John's Town Center and close to the beaches for easy commute. It was a beautiful unit that was easy to access and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit the area.

Amazing! We had an amazing stay at Luke place. The host was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was a highlight - we had a blast at the pool party and met some great people. It was the perfect spot to relax and have fun. We're actually relocating to FL, and this place made the transition a little easier. The only minor hiccups were with parking and getting an extra blanket, but they didn't affect our overall experience. We'd definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you! Luke

The place is gorgeous! Super clean, close to everything, not to mention the amenities… Ashley is very responsive and friendly!! It’s definitely a place I will look for again for my next Jacksonville get away!

Adolfo was an amazing host. I must say that this is the best Airbnb booking that I’ve ever had. Adolfo’s responsiveness and willingness to help is top tier. He’s not just an Airbnb host he makes sure that he looks out for the well being of his guests on a personal level. The area is very nice and safe. Make sure that you go to the local park it’s beautiful and very peaceful. The atmosphere and energy in the room/home is very zen.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay. Both Adolfo and his girlfriend were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed help with! Would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit the city. The price was also lovely in comparison to nearby hotels.

As an owner/ operator of an airbnb in the past, my hat's off to Anh. The bedroom had all of the essentials. The kitchen space provided for all the basic needs. There's room to spread out, yet the place has a cozy feeling. Anh is one of the most responsive hosts I've ever worked with. The sound of the fountain in the middle of the pond was so relaxing. The fact that the patio is fenced makes it a comfortable and safe place to sit. having a laundry on premises was a Godsend. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The driveway is large enough to comfortably fit two vehicles which was great as I drive a Ford pickup truck. the automatic front door lock was wonderful as it didn't require me to remember to lock it. Each room has a coded door lock which is very nice when you are leaving your room for the day. The air conditioning worked great and I was able to sleep despite the heat outside. Anh gets an A+ in my book. My only suggestion would be a kerrig type coffee maker.

I have been using Airbnb for quite some time and I have to say Oleg’s home provided the most satisfying experience we have ever had. The space was immaculate, had all the amenities I would need, and maybe most importantly was comfortable. I have found many homes are not fully equipped but Oleg thought of everything-right down to the cheese grater. While I stocked up on food for the week, for the first time I did not have to buy some kitchen utensil needed for a dish I wanted to prepare. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was fabulous! If you are looking for a lovely place to day in Jacksonville, Oleg’s home is the one to choose!

Lovely house conveniently located to restaurants and stores. Clean and Quiet. Comfortable couch and Recliner with big screen TV in the Sun Room. Super easy parking in concrete driveway next to the house. Washer, Dryer, and Fridge looked brand new. Walking distance to Publix and Starbucks. Chelita was super sweet and very responsive. Would not hesitate to stay there again. If planning to cook meals....may need to check with Chelita about kitchen essentials. I think this is a newer listing and adding the following things that would be helpful: Toaster, Microwave safe cookware, oven bakeware, salt & pepper. (some of these were listed on amenities... but we're missing). This is an easy fix and I would not avoid renting because of this. Dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. But there waa an unpictured old tool shed in yard without a door... so we used one of the garbage bins to block the doorway and keep the dogs out of it.
