The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

This renovated 3-story home is nearly 3,000 sq ft with breathtaking views and sleeps 15. *Min. age of renter is 25 yrs. *Max occupancy is strictly enforced. Per county regulation, this house can accommodate 10 "occupants," excluding children 12 yrs of age or under. *A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to finalize reservation. *Ordinances state we must rent to families. The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
