Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Renewed townhouse, 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths located in Jax Beach, just a minute (approximately 130 yards/2 blocks) walk to the ocean. Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

The kitchen features a large island with seating for four, complemented by a spacious dining table. Modern appliances, including a stainless-steel refrigerator and oven, are visible along with light granite countertops. TV's in every bedroom. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious gathering room with oversized couch and a 75" TV. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

The ocean side of the house includes a covered, laid back, deck complete with comfortable lounging furniture, outdoor dining, and a propane grill.

The living room features a spacious layout with comfortable seating arranged around a large television. A coastal theme is evident in the decor, including a surfboard displayed on the wall. Natural light streams in through the front door and windows, illuminating the space.

Ocean front one level. Large backyard on the beach

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.

A sunlit living area features a comfortable dark couch with decorative cushions. Natural light enters through a large window adorned with horizontal blinds. A bright front door with a glass panel provides access to the outside, complemented by a colorful abstract painting on the wall.
