Welcome to Beachside Hideaway... a surprisingly private getaway, in the middle of Downtown Jacksonville Beach! This fun, funky, vintage cottage built in the 1940's is just 4 blocks to the ocean, Seawalk Pavilion & Jax Beach Festivals, and 2 blocks to restaurants, Publix Grocery, Yoga studios and Ginger's Place (a haunted bar!). Convenient 10-minute drive to Mayo Clinic, 15 minutes to TPC Sawgrass, and 30 minutes to the airport. *Message us about our other cottage even closer to the beach!*

You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (Seabreeze Chalet) on site. Owners are nearby but will respect your privacy. We are leaving a buffer of at least a day between guests and are following Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Protocol.

Nice and very clean house for your vacation and a comfortable stay. Cozy sitting area with a small pool. A protective screen around the recreation area will keep you from Florida insects))). Parking for 4 cars. Our home is located in a very convenient location: Less than 1 mile to the main road I-295 as well as the Costco store and Walmart Supercenter. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.

Only 4 miles from the stadium and downtown. 10 miles from Mayo Clinic and 13 to the beach. Centrally located - a great location for concerts, festivals and other events in the Jacksonville area!

You can't help but to spend your time relaxing on the large front porch. The property is fenced in and has a yard. Guests can use the BBQ, bikes, beach chairs, body boards and cooler, so you don't have to buy or bring your own! The house is between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach Town Centers.

Our 1,300 ft.² home was renovated in 2023 with new central heat and air, ceramic tile and hard wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, and electrical and plumbing. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is a block away from 8 restaurants and many local shops. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.
