Cozy, stylish, spacious and renovated house. It is located in a quiet and very convenient location, for visiting shops (Walmart, Publix, Costco, etc.), restaurants, next to I-295, NAS JAX BASE. The beach is 30 minutes (equipment: beach chairs/towels/umbrella, beach cart, children's sand toys). The house has 4TVs, a crib, a play area for kids with toys in the living room. Free parking: garage -2 cars, driveway-4 cars. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, spices, tea and of course coffee. Welcome!

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

This 4 bed 3 bath home near San Marco was recently renovated with gorgeous luxury tile & every amenity you could ask for. Beautiful bamboo, fruit trees, and unique flowers landscape this gorgeous renovated brick home. Due to allergies pets/service animals are not allowed. Carport recently removed.
