Was able to work from the cottage during the day and enjoy evenings and weekend with my friend in the area. Very clean great basic kitchen amenities for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Exactly what I needed!

Rachel is super hospitable offering easy instructions and quick response times. As someone who travels extensively, Rachel’s place is a true hidden gem. 5 stars!

This was the perfect place for my mom and I. The place was spotless, and well stocked with everything you need. Thought we would need to pick up a few essentials like coffee creamer, water, shampoo, and other items that we like to have, but didn’t even need to do that because the apartment was so well stocked. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

wonderful gem of vilano beach! literally steps away from the beach and about 15 minutes drive to downtown St Augustine. the only con (which was probably our fault for not double checking!) was that though the description does state that it's an open floor plan, we assumed the bedroom area was not included in that, which it is included - totally fine but with a toddler, not having a separate/ closed off space was a challenge. however, the closeness to the beach made up for it :) another nice touch was that the hosts have a few beach items at your disposal (like a sand bucket, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.) - we recommend!

I would like to say first and foremost this was THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED we’ve slept in an air bnb and the place would be a top choice just for that alone. We had access to the hot tub that was much needed after sight seeing. We enjoyed the outdoor showering area as well. We had everything we needed for the few days we were there visiting. We will be back !

Gregory is a great host! The place was perfect if you have dogs. The back yard is huge and feels very private. I look forward to staying again!

The apartment had everything I needed: the kitchen was fully stocked with items used for cooking, the bath had plenty of towels and soaps, the bed was comfortable and the porch was private and comfy. Mateus and his friend were very kind to help me unload my car, and Mateus also checked me in and gave me information about the rental.

We enjoyed our stay, Joy’s place afforded us a thrilling home base for an action packed weekend.

This little place was perfect for me. I flew into town to help my daughter move and this place worked out perfectly! I will definitely stay here again! Jose!! You need more coffee cups. ;) My wife and I had to share one. That is the ONLY thing we could say about the place. The yard was nice. Place was spotless. Put some Diet Cokes in the fridge! Would use it again. Loved it.

Perfect place for our family. The kids absolutely loved everything with all the toys and a tent ⛺️ to sleep inside. Jeri the host was so helpful and extremely kind. We would absolutely visit back!!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming backyard cottage. Surrounded by beautiful, old Florida trees, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The neighborhood is quiet, with parks nearby and a street full of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend!

Ivan’s pool house was just perfect for my needs. It’s every bit as cute as the photos portray, the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook all my meals there, and there were lots of thoughtful extras provided. It’s a beautiful and peaceful property and neighborhood — and Ivan’s little dog, Lucy, is a sweetheart. I loved my stay! Thank you, Ivan. 😊

Couldn’t have had a better time. Property was lovely and everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable space to live in, would absolutely come back! Adorable dog hung out with us multiple times, lovely bonus.

This is the cutest little place for a couple wanting an intimate weekend together. It was close to so many restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a lovelier stay at the Guest House! Everything we needed for our stay was provided upon entering and throughout the week. Raquel corresponded several times to make sure our needs were being met and gave great recommendations. Not only do Cristina and Raquel provide wonderful indoor amenities, but also outdoor and beach amenities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and can't thank Raquel and Cristina for hosting a 5 star place!

Quiet and peaceful area. The living space is beautiful and comfortable for my wife and I. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They are detailed oriented with the instructions and how to find and check into the place.

I absolutely loved this space! I felt right at home. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. I felt safe as a young solo traveler. The house was spacious and worth every penny! The house comes stocked with pretty much everything you need for a stay! Cameron is very friendly and responsive. definitely a gem!

Joseph's place is wonderful. It's a cute little place that's private yet close to restaurants -- it's also great for dogs. Our dog loved her experience.

Lovely stay! This was our second time staying here and we loved it all over again! The pool is so private with a nice balance of sun and shade.

This was by far the best air b&b my family stayed at so far in our travels. It’s perfect for a little family like us. My kids had so much entertainment right outside the door! There’s a playground a pool and such a big yard for any kid to have such a great time and relaxing, peaceful, and quiet for the parents. Jocelyn and her house groundskeeper Luca were seriously amazing. Anything we needed help with they were right there, and besides that they gave us our own space. We honestly didn’t wanna leave. I would highly recommend this stay! Fantastic spot with fantastic hosts!

I can’t say enough about Dawn & Lou! They were amazing humans and extremely gracious, kind, respectful, responsive, and super hosts! To find that we had so much in common was also just icing on the cake. I love when I meet faith brothers and sisters! I can’t wait to come back and bring my hubs this time.
