House vacation rentals in Jacksonville

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Fantastic home. I want to stay shading in the future.

The home is spacious for a small family and the fenced in pool was a plus because I travelled with children. Jorge responded when I had any questions and also recommending some of the local restaurants.

Stay was amazing, had no issues and James was easy to reach and excellent with responses, house was clean, nice in a great area and very well equipped with everything we needed! Will use again!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

House was just as described, relaxing and easy to live in while we were there. Pool was so nice with perfect temp. Danielle was very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

April's place was great for me and my family to spend our weekend! We felt right at home and April had extra amenities not listed that helped this mamma that was traveling with children! Will definitely book again!

Comfortable home, clean and easy access to to hwy and parks nearby.

Our stay was short and sweet but the space was perfect! And our 2 dogs were welcomed, which we are very grateful for! For the space being pet-friendly, it was very clean and there were no signs of any recent animals. We hope to be able to stay again in the future!

Shortly after arriving to the Fancy Dancy, I accidentally locked the door. Unsure of how the lock truly worked, I locked myself out. After reaching out to Tim to let him know of the situation, he was super friendly. He said no problem he can come right over to reset the lock. And he did. He was amazing. He checked on us throughout my trip. One of the best birthday getaways.

Great host and property! The house was equipped with new appliances and had sufficient supplies including laundry and dish detergent pods. The house had sufficient utensils, pots, and dinnerware for our family of 9 and everything was clean and well organized. Jonathan was very responsive to issues reported and able to coordinate the needed assistance on the priority maintenance issues. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Christine was so wonderful and her home is truly so beautiful. We stayed to attend the rascal Flatts concert and it was the perfect location. She gave us great recommendations and we loved them all. We would love to come back! :)

I loved the accommodation, we even extended the stay. The house is divine, the beds are very comfortable, and the patio is very large. Karen fixed all the inconveniences we had for example there was no vacuum and she sent a new one. I would again stay at this place without a doubt. The only thing we didn't know is that the pool is not heated, but luckily it's hot so it can be used
