House vacation rentals in Jacksonville

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

To start, this place was absolutely perfect for me and my soon to be wife to spend a few perfect, peaceful days. The host (Emily) was amazing! The house was quiet, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The free parking space provided close to downtown was amazing! Basically everything about our stay and the house was more than bargained for. If you're looking for a nice little tucked away paradise you've found it with Emily's place!

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

Zac’s place was just as described. He communicated well throughout our visit. We loved being walking distance to beach and restaurants.

April's place was great for me and my family to spend our weekend! We felt right at home and April had extra amenities not listed that helped this mamma that was traveling with children! Will definitely book again!

Shhh! Don’t tell. This location is even better than you think. It is right next to beautiful Magnolia Avenue, just over a block from the Fountain of Youth, where you can also get onto the tour tram (but the tram doesn’t run right by the house). And the peacocks and peahens visit every day.

We loved this Airbnb! A 5 minute drive to the Trolley parking lot. A 5-7 min drive to the beach. Very easy to find and Amy and Roger left great instructions and suggestions for St Augustine. The description and photos you see online is what you will see when you rent this Airbnb. It was a great place to stay and we would love to go back for another week!

I reserved Danny & Andrea’s house for a weekend trip with my two daughters and my oldest granddaughter. It was a perfect place to stay. Close enough to the historical area where we spent our time, but a quiet place to get away from the hustle and noise to relax and enjoy each other. I would definitely recommend their comfy place for a nice vacation or short getaway. Thank you for allowing us to have a great weekend.

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the fountain of youth and this spot was the perfect location. Walkable to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Me encantó el alojamiento, inclusive extendimos la estadía. La casa es divina, las camas son muy cómodas, y el patio es muy grande. Karen solucionó todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos por ejemplo no había aspiradora y ella envió una nueva. Volvieria a quedarme en este alojamiento sin dudas. Lo único que no sabíamos es que la piscina no es climatizada, pero por suerte hace calor así que se puede usar

This is a beautiful home that is close to historic downtown St Augustine. The description says 'walking distance', just be aware that it is almost 9/10ths of a mile to the edge of town. To see all the sites at St Augustine historical district you have to walk A LOT. So if you are good with the mile there and the mile back, plus all the walking you do downtown, then it is walking distance. We chose to Uber, which was less than $10 each way (the cost of the parking garage without all the hassle). The house is beautiful with upgraded bathrooms. The kitchens are small but workable. There were some minor items that need maintenance but overall we were pleased with the accommodations and they were perfect for our group.
