Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Jacksonville

I decided to book this place to celebrate my boyfriends 25th birthday. It looks like a page from magazine. This was a spectacular sensual mini staycation. It’s exactly what we both needed. Directions for utilization were precise & clear. I adored all of the sexy decor, sleek appliances and supplied amenities. The bed felt as if we were sleeping in the clouds. The space is absolutely spotless and smells wonderful. The time went by too quick ! We will definitely be back! Thank you Juliana & Mike.

I had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place—everything was very relaxing and just what I needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially enjoyed all the amenities offered—the hot tub and pool were absolutely amazing and really made the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

We had a wonderful month! Location is great! Everything is close by, stores, parks, beaches! The apartment is clean and nice. The house has everything for even a long stay. Jamal and Rani were always responsive to any requests or questions. Would love to come back again! Highly recommended!

I would leave 6 stars if I could! The Birk House was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. It's the only place I'd stay in Jacksonville.

Curtis was very helpful and accomodating! I held a women's art retreat at the property. The ladies loved the beauty and the peaceful property. The home had everything we needed. We were sad to leave. I would definitely go back of its available! Thanks for a great weekend!

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!
