Monthly Rentals in Jacksonville Beach

Easy to find & extremely easy check-in. The house was very clean & everyone slept comfortably. The beach was a very short walk away. I walked with my toddler & felt safe doing so. The owner was very responsive during our stay & the location was extremely convenient. This was our first trip to Jacksonville & will definitely not be our last. We would absolutely stay here again.

Julia was absolutely so sweet and cheerful. She made me and my fiancé feel at home and so welcomed. The place was absolutely so lovely and so close to the beach. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely be contacting Julia again!

I was not in Jacksonville for vacation. My husband was a patient at Mayo Hospital and my schedule was at the mercy of the doctors. Frankie was extremely understanding, supportive and super sweet about my needing a flexible schedule. She is a wonderful host and does her utmost to make my husband and I feel at home. I would highly recommend working with her!!

Everything was great! The location was convenient to the Mayo Clinic-the purpose of our visit. We were not aware that the unit was on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We managed the two flights of stairs several times a day. And we’re probably in better shape after we left. lol. Clean and worth the money. Thanks for hosting! :)
