Great stay in jacksonville beach area. Half mile walk to the beach and the place was super clean and felt like home. The pool was a great part of the stay as well if you didn't feel like walking to the beach! We will definitely be back our next jacksonville stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

Sandra's home is very welcoming and stocked with anything you would need. The yard is beautiful, and the pool was amazing, as the weather was 95 degrees every day we were there. The location is near restaurants and stores which is convenient. We had the pleasure to meet Sandra, and she is a lovely person. We look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Paty’s gorgeous 2/2 condo in Saint Augustine! My parents were visiting from overseas, and this place was absolutely perfect for them. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the condo was. The setting in the luxury golf community is peaceful and secure, with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere—exactly what my parents needed. Paty was an exceptional host—communicative, thoughtful, and welcoming. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay stress-free and comfortable. My parents felt completely at home and were so happy with the experience that they’ve already asked me to book the same place for their next visit! Highly recommend this gem in Saint Augustine—thank you, Paty, for making our stay so special!

Absolutely phenomenal spot. Exactly as described and perfectly located for what we were up to while there. Host was super communicative and very prompt when we had a couple questions. Will definitively stay here again next time we had to Jacksonville!!!

This house had everything! W e watched the Koi fish, fine tuned our putting game, and enjoyed the wonderful screen porch while watching TV at night. Very clean and lots of extra amenities for the family+

Great house, great host, great location!

The stay was absolutely amazing! The darts were missing or broken but upon messaging the owners they immediately bought more and we were able to enjoy the game! They were always very quick to respond!

The stay was awesome! Our only wish is that we had more time there but had to get back home. Only a block away from the beach, park etc. which made for great walks before it got too hot. The older kids and adults really enjoyed the game room/garage which has air conditioning which was very nice. I highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again! We had a great visit to Jacksonville and felt right at home here. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with great utensils, pots and pans, and even Tupperware if you choose to cook. It was a short walk to the beach but the pool was so relaxing we chose to relax poolside instead. We would highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time. The rental was just what we needed. There were 3 of us and later another guest arrived. We were there for my daughter’s wedding reception in Atlantic Beach but also a beach vacation. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops some within walking distance or just a short car or bike ride away. There were 4 beach cruiser bikes provided to get around. Also some beach gear, chairs a wagon and even beach towels. The beach is across a busier street so you must be very careful when getting across. This rental has a small yard but big enough for what we needed. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the yard. Holden is an excellent host, the first few days of our stay we had a plumbing issue but Holden took care of it right away and the issue was resolved. We loved the neighborhood and took walks daily, sometimes morning and evening. The amenities provided were adequate and and we didn’t run out of the basics. If you ask if we would stay here again our answer is YES

Daniel’s place was amazing! Its proximity to the beach makes this place well worth it. Just a 5 minute drive to great restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved the fenced in backyard area for our dog and took many walks on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place for my parents’ visit … they loved the area and the property itself is great as well! Well equipped for their stay and Danielle is always easy to reach if you have any questions. Close to everything Fleming Island has to offer. Highly recommend!!

This was my first ever Airbnb I booked and it was amazing. I stay at the place for a week, the place was beautiful inside and outside. Everything we needed was already provided, utensils, laundry items, everything.
