Great area, amazing place Nakita even accommodated an early check in ! Would definitely come back & stay again

Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

Definitely a 10/10! The place was beautiful. Great vacation spot for a couple days. The pool was great, the kids were respectful and didn't splash us(loved that!!) had a nice cookout near the pool. Quiet at night. Totally coming again when I come back!

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

Decent River view from porch, was not expecting that. Home and exterior very nice. Road a bit busy since home is adjacent to Cap’s restaurant, which we highly recommend but go early as there is a wait to watch sunset. Walk to beach was a little longer than expected but not too bad. Nice beach. Would book again.

We had so much fun! Tiki bar and fire pit were great. Unbeatable location!

We LOVED the location on the beach and close to downtown St Augustine. It was a comfortable wonderful beach house and Dani was so great at communication. We felt safe and loved just the peace in this beautiful home. My girls and I had such a special time and we would love to come back. Also having a new truck it was so nice to park inside a garage and the convenience was so wonderful. The beds were comfy and the sound of the ocean and the AC is so strong it was never hot during sleeping. The couch was so cozy and loved having my coffee every morning on the porches. Loved it.

It was just what we needed. Very accommodating , it was what had been described. Huge rooms . It was great would use it again

House was wonderful. Great location. Well stocked house and private beach. House was clean and easy to find. Very easy check in and check out.

I am very happy with this location. We didn't know to expect since St Augustine beach seems to be very popular, but we are happy that we gave Villano beach location a try. It's an easier commute to the historic center. There is a supermarket 5 min away. And three great restaurants that you can practically walk to. Kids loved the beach access at all times of the day. It feels private but is not completely secluded. Good mix of all things. House is clean and well stocked. We loved our stay.

The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

Beautiful stay!! Easy to get around Jax beach from the air bnb! Not far from Publix and restaurants! Very peaceful! Host was fast at replying to questions I had and was so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend! (:

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. This condo – and our experience – were great! The condo is in the best location within the community—peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the lanai, which was perfect for relaxing with a book, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while gazing at the water view - and a lot of interesting birds! The condo seems freshly updated (master bathroom looks brand new), is spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is a dream with (all new?) appliances including double oven and 5-burner gas range—perfect for cooking in. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room are just a short walk away. It was close to world-class restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, white sand beaches, “30 golf courses within 30 minutes,” and downtown St Augustine. Marilyn is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Words can’t describe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. The beach couldn’t be any closer to our door and the apartment inside was perfect. Just what we needed after a day in the beach. The balcony/beach access was a super thoughtful feature we got lots of use out of! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can.
