Beach house vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach

The home was even more beautiful than the photos. The host provided super helpful instructions, while not being too much. The water, which they put through an osmosis filter, was excellent. Would absolutely recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and provided some good info and recommendations in the local area. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the house was nicely decorated.

I have no words to describe how great I felt at Ryan’s house. The place is very cozy and has everything you need to feel even better than at home. The location is excellent—we went to the beach using the bikes available at the property, and it's also within walking distance. The house is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets smelled amazing. Ryan answered my questions promptly and was always very attentive. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

My husband and I and our two children stayed at Ty’s for a week. When we arrived, the check in process was clearly written and was a smooth process. Ty even brought extra pool floats and games/puzzles for my kiddos which was very kind. There had been a storm the day before we got there so there was a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool. There were not many pool cleaning devices available so I reached out to him- unfortunately the pool cleaning company only comes on Tuesdays. He did provide me instruction on how to use the cleaner but I was not comfortable doing so so we just dealt with the debris. Otherwise, Ty was always promptly responsive. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Kristie's place was an incredible find for my family and I, we enjoyed the pool so much and also such a thoughtful host to leave snacks for not only the kids but our weenie dog too! Jacksonville Beach is such an awsome place to visit and vacation thank you Kristie for such an accommodating experience. Highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation!

This was a FANTASTIC place for our family vacation! We have a large family and we had plenty of room. The tiny house in the back was great for our family members with an infant, and we all loved the pool and the quick travel time to the beach. GREAT place and AWESOME host!!

Th house was the perfect distance from the beach! Super walkable and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Michelle was very responsive and the home was fantastic! Beds were very very comfortable, the screened in deck was perfect for listening to the ocean and the backyard was perfect for lounging in privacy 🙂 We will absolutely be staying anytime we go to Jacksonville!

My husband and I stayed here as I had a pre-op appointment at the Mayo Clinic and surgery scheduled for the next morning. This property was within a 15 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Daniel was a great host very prompt with communications and answering questions. The house / apartment / condo is absolutely adorable. Clutter free and cute decor throughout. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient so I didn't have to do laundry once I got home. I was extremely nervous about my surgery as I have never had any kind of surgery before and needed / wanted a place to relax after the pre-op appointment and this place delivered just that. The deck to the beach was a very short walk which was wonderful for us. There is a shower as you are coming/going to the beach on the private property where we stayed at Daniel's place and we utilized it to clean our fishing poles, chairs, shoes, feet, skin so we would not track sand into the house. I highly recommend this property and Daniel!

A super short walk to the beach! I came to check out the area and the new place that I will be moving into soon in this area. Abby’s place was a great little spot central to great shopping, food, and the beach! The little back yard set up with the cafe lighting was a charming end to the day.

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The house is super cute and charming, neighborhood felt very safe, walkable places to eat. Beach is literally just a stone's throw. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Misti’s home was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, great decks, amazing view, and loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very close to historic St. Augustine as well. As Air BNB hosts ourselves we notice all the details and Misti does a wonderful job. Would definitely book again when we return to the St. Augustine area. Thank you, Melinda and John

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The property was just as pictured and described, everything we could need or want during our stay was there and available- fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, bikes. Check in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Jacksonville a lot and will certainly be back!

Alissa's place was absolutely perfect location wise and everything else wise. The place is super clean and she has everything you can possible need somewhere JUST ASK and she'll tell you where to find what. The house is really nice and spacious in a lovely neighborhood. Whole foods is close-by and she recommended the bolder bean for coffee and it was so good! I was there with my dad for the mayo clinic and the house was a short drive to cvs whole foods and the mayo clinic.

Stephanie's place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very convenient to everything around us. Even though there were a few issues with the cleaners, she offered to send them back out to do a more thorough job. Overall, the stay was amazing, and our family had a great time hanging out together, especially for the last NBA playoff game. We would definitely recommend this place.

Jamie’s place was the best Air BnB I have ever stayed at. The experience was perfect. There is a sweet spirit in this house. It is very apparent that Jamie wants to be a gracious host. She is a perfect example of a host. The home is beautiful and accommodating. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Enjoyed the basketball goal and swing and beach supplies. Easy and pleasant walk to the beach. Generous with towels and supplies. Very responsive. I don’t know how it could have been better. Felt very cared for as a guest. Spotless and comfortable. A perfect 10!

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. Thank you & Great Job..
