Live like a Local! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I grew up in the area, and this spot is seriously a local’s dream. Super close to great restaurants, cute shops, and just down the street from the beach. You’re right near everything but still feel like you’re in your own little private locals hideaway. It’s perfect for families—tons of amenities to keep everyone happy. And Angie was awesome—super helpful and easy to communicate with. Big recommend!

Justin’s home exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, the pool and outdoor amenities were spotless, and the house itself was even more impressive than the photos. Justin was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

This home is probably one of my favorite stays thus far! Walking distance to the beautiful caps on the water restaurant and walking distance to the beach. The house was nice and clean with plenty of space. The pool was clean as well and overall a great experience!

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

We stayed here from Wednesday until for a family wedding in Jax Beach. We had 6 folks. The place was easy to find, in a very safe and quiet normal residential area. The place was very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Linens were fresh and clean. Pool was very clean and we loved it. Nice that they had a couple floaties/pool noodles that were in the water when we arrived as it made for just floating around in the pool so convenient. Great places to be in the sun (chairs/hammock) or out of the sun (table and chairs under roof outside). Nice big TVs in living room and in master bedroom. Pool table inside and ping pong table in garage all got used. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for and it was perfect. I reached out to Coco a couple of times for small items/advice and she was quick to reply. We were so happy with our stay there and would give the place an A+ rating. Shopping/restaurants/beach all within 5-10 minute drive.

Just as described. The house was beautiful and clean. Close to downtown and right across from the beach. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to stay here again!

Was definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed in! The house was clean, spacious and provided lots of entertainment. We loved the backyard including the pool, corn hole boards and especially the ping pong table. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Communication was simple and easy. Can’t recommend enough. We went on family vacation with 6 adults, 1 baby and 2 small dogs. Plenty of room for all. Great water pressure for showers and plenty of hot water for all. Kitchen with bar area up to date and spacious. Thank you for making our place to stay safe and highly enjoyable!! Hopefully we can return one day.

This beach front cottage was perfect for our little family spring break! The views of the beach were breathtaking from every window. The beach was never crowded and the fact that it's dog friendly was such a relief - it's such a bummer to go on vacation and have to worry about your pup every single day. We loved finding shark teeth (we found many) and watching the sunrise and dolphins either from the porch or the sand. Everything was clean and there were all the amenities you need. My kids loved the sand toys in the garage. We will definitely go back.

Very clean and comfortable condo! The beach is at the corner of the street for convenient access. Lovely view of park and a pond (with a fountain) from the patio. Shopping is directly across the street (Marshalls, Whole Foods, etc.) along with various restaurants. We were extended a later checkout for convenience upon request. Timely response on communication. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Highly recommend and my family of 3 will stay again!

We had so much fun! Tiki bar and fire pit were great. Unbeatable location!

We LOVED the location on the beach and close to downtown St Augustine. It was a comfortable wonderful beach house and Dani was so great at communication. We felt safe and loved just the peace in this beautiful home. My girls and I had such a special time and we would love to come back. Also having a new truck it was so nice to park inside a garage and the convenience was so wonderful. The beds were comfy and the sound of the ocean and the AC is so strong it was never hot during sleeping. The couch was so cozy and loved having my coffee every morning on the porches. Loved it.

We loved Jennifer’s place. It was exactly like pictured and exactly what we needed. I loved how close it was to the beach. We will definitely come back again.

I am very happy with this location. We didn't know to expect since St Augustine beach seems to be very popular, but we are happy that we gave Villano beach location a try. It's an easier commute to the historic center. There is a supermarket 5 min away. And three great restaurants that you can practically walk to. Kids loved the beach access at all times of the day. It feels private but is not completely secluded. Good mix of all things. House is clean and well stocked. We loved our stay.

What a beautiful beach house! Was great for 3 generations - deck, fire-pit, well appointed garage with beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards + beach right outside your door were all standouts. Really gorgeous setting.

Ryan was responsive and proactive. We had the privilege of meeting him in person when he took the time to bring a new chapter fee maker to us and check the pool. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we could bring our pup with us. We never made it to the beach but we did use the pool each day His recommendation for restaurant for anniversary dinner was wonderful. The house is super cute and comfy. I we could tell he takes pride in in it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you Ryan !

My family and I shared a wonderful time at 3001 - Sea Spray. We mainly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds fly overhead, or the unobstructed view of the sunrise. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. Sometimes you just need a peaceful place to unplug and this vacation home provided just that.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the “Good Times” light and so many little details that made it feel like a vacation home. Enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Jacksonville is a wonderful city to visit. Will be back soon!

Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!
