This condo is quiet and serene, but also located within walking distance of local eateries, bars and all the entertainment Jacksonville Beach has to offer. From coffee pods to bathrobes to beach chairs, everything is stocked so you can leave your cares behind upon check-in. We offer two beach-side private parking spaces, one covered and gated. THIS IS A 2nd FLOOR UNIT. IT HAS OCEAN VIEWS BUT IS NOT OCEANFRONT. IT IS 1 of 4 IN THE BUILDING. Stay with us at this ocean view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It has its own deck space but shares a back porch area with other units.

Then glide up our unique spiral staircase to the queen BR loft w/TV & full bath. You will find beach chairs/towels/umbrella and cooler in the upstairs closet too!
