Apartment vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Absolutely a five star rental . We will return. Do keep in mind that this is a gated community and guests must have a pass to enter. Brianna was on top of allowing us to have visits from our family .

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Thank you Paulo for allowing us to stay at your condo. We love the location of it - it was a beautiful drive to it within a gated community. It was easy to get in yet there are shops (Publix) right outside the gated community. The view from the balcony was a great way to start the day. Paulo provides detailed, easy to follow instructions to get the key and into the condo.

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean, and in a great neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.

It was just like the pictures and walking distance to a nice neighborhood with bars and restaurants

I will definitely book here again I really enjoyed the pond and fountain view so calm and relaxing only thing I didn’t like was the people above the apartment you can hear them waking but sound like they stomping that’s the only thing I didn’t like but everything else was good.

This place was perfect for me and my husband! We spent the weekend here for a wedding and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a close walk to everything we needed and very clean! The host was amazing with instructions and quick to respond. There is also a house manual that has a lot of great information and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We look forward to staying with Coco again!!

Great location, is only about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and well maintained place. Would absolutely book it again in the future and recommend to friends and family. Has chairs, umbrellas, etc… to use for the beach. Great restaurants near by as well.

I was here for work and really valued my own space, private access, and little kitchen. I was surprised that she owned birds. However, they were only noisy when someone arrived home in the afternoon (they were excited). They could be a little chirpy in the mornings (and I am a very light sleeper), but with the fan provided in the room that little bit of extra noise covered any light chirping. It was not a big deal at all. Anita was very communicative and helpful. I had absolutely no issues with the location and would highly suggest it to anyone. As someone who cooks all of their meals the kitchen was a huge asset. It was well stocked and just a lovely home away from home. Will definitely use again if I need to be in town!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay; the neighborhood/ home is historical and has a great downtown area to walk and see the riverside. We will definitely consider booking again!

Definitely a 10/10! The place was beautiful. Great vacation spot for a couple days. The pool was great, the kids were respectful and didn't splash us(loved that!!) had a nice cookout near the pool. Quiet at night. Totally coming again when I come back!
