Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Casa recien reformada, limpia, decorada con mucho gusto y con electrodoméstico de calidad. Es más bonita que en las fotos y si llevas coche es perfecta porque puedes aparcar justo en la puerta. A 15 min andando del centro. La anfitriona ha sido muy amable y siempre atenta. Muy recomendable.

Silvio was a great host. He had great suggestions and went out of his way to help with whatever we needed. His place is in a quiet neighborhood. When we looked at Google Map to take the train, we expected to walk 10 to 15 minutes, but he gave us the keys to open the gates to a shortcut, which reduced our walking time to about 5 minutes. It was very convenient to go to Bologna downtown. The house was bigger than expected. I would recommend this place.

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

I can’t say enough about our stay at Sara and Gabriele’s home. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They gave us restaurant recommendations - all of which were wonderful. They even made reservations for us for dinner one night at a place nearby and gave us menu suggestions. The building is beautiful and secure and everything is within walking distance, with great bars, restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing locations close by. Sara also even called a taxi for us and allowed us to keep our luggage at the apartment until our train left. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Bologna! Bologna is a beautiful city and we really loved it. Highly, highly recommend.

Barbara was a great host and made the check in process really easy. We were able to check in a little early but would have been able to leave our luggage if needed. The apartment was very spacious and located on a great quiet street. I wish we had stayed here longer because it was such a great place to stay at. At check in Barbara also was very helpful in explaining the area, things to do, how to use things in the apartment, and was super friendly. This made our entire Bologna stay a great experience and we would definitely want to stay here again.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Paolo. Piccolo ma con tutti i servizi molto utili. Paolo ha sempre risposto con velocità alle nostre domande. Ci siamo trovati molto bene perché silenzioso, non sulla strada e soprattutto è stato molto comodo aver il parcheggio privato. Alloggio gradito anche dalla nostra cucciolona che si è sentita tranquilla senza troppi rumori di disturbo. Grazie.

Great apartment, very nice location. Not as much light as in the pictures. We were allowed to get an early check in and are very grateful.

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir würden direkt mit einem kleinen Geschenkkörbchen empfangen. Es war sauber, gab alles was beschrieben war und noch mehr (Spielmöglichkeiten für meinen Sohn) alles zum Wäache waschen, etc. Wir waren an verschiedenen Zielen wie Florenz, Pisa, etc. und das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt! :) Bei Fragen oder generell haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus empfehle ich von ganzem Herzen und würde auch nochmal zum Urlaub hin fahren :))

excellent accueil d'Éléonora qui parle parfaitement le français ! des hôtes très chaleureux, accueillants et disponibles qui nous ont donné des bonnes adresses pour visiter la Toscane. une excellente huile d'olive que nous avons ramenée chez nous c'était parfait ! Merci pour tout

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

Ruhige Lage mit Sicht auf die Berge; wir hatten eine schöne Zeit; Ausflüge zum Strand, in die Berge und nach Pisa und Lucca möglich.

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

We zochten een rustige locatie, op relatief korte afstand van Bologna, om een beurs te kunnen bezoeken. Het is een heerlijk ruim en schoon huis met als extra feature de fazanten als buren. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. En Federica is een fantastische host die snel reageert en meedenkt.

Great family holiday in Prato, with easy access to Florence by train in 20 minutes. The train station is only 4 minutes walk from the apartment The apartment was as described, clean, modern, great location, owners very helpful. Close to shops/cafes/restaurants.

Durante il nostro breve soggiorno è andato tutto benissimo, la casa corrispondeva alle foto e la posizione si è rivelata ottima. In caso di esigenza futura valuterò sicuramente di tornare.

My group and I had a very nice stay at Flor’s place. The location is very good in a quiet street, walkable to the city center and a quick cab ride to the train station. The apartment itself is very cosy and we felt at home right away. We very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend this location should you come to Modena.

Eine tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Bologna. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15min im historischen Stadtkern. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Antonio hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist total sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man die Ruhe genießen kann.

Perfect host, perfect accommodation, perfect location! Alessandra was amazing, making our stay so easy. We stay in Bologna every year but this is the best of the best! Will definitely come back.

Great location, walkable distance to the train station, where we were able to catch the train to Rome and Pisa. Easy walking distance to some of Bologna’s attractions and just around the corner from Pam’s, a fantastic hypermarket.

L’appartamento era in ordine, pulito con cura e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata piena. Parcheggi gratuiti disponibili a pochi passi, davvero comodi. Tutto è andato liscio: soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, ottima posizione, pulizia e gentilissimi i proprietari. Consigliato!!!
