The apartment is practical and very clean. It is in a quiet area very close to the various bars and restaurants. The host is reliable, kind, and very thoughtful. If I had to go back to Zola, I'd take it back without a problem. Recommended!

The apartment is located near the Cascine, a 5-minute walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late check-out, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11:00 a.m. but in the afternoon... thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. We were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. A B&B of a different kind: plenty of space to live and sleep, an ingenious terrace with magnificent views of the hills of Florence. Very good restaurants a short distance away. It doesn't always have to be a hotel room. I'd do it again anytime, maybe even at a concert in the Roman amphitheater.

Elisa's place was as described. A cozy little apartment with everything you need for a stay. On foot you were in the center of Bologna in about 20 minutes, there was also a bus connection almost right outside the front door. The area was nice and quiet. Elisa responded quickly and gave recommendations for Bologna. All in all, a great stay!

Mariarita's place is truly a gem! The furnishings are lovingly, high-quality and tasteful in every detail. Besides, everything was exceptionally clean. We particularly liked the outdoor seating and the beautiful garden (which, incidentally, is also remarkably well maintained). We had our e-bikes with us and arrived in Lucca in 40 minutes stress-free. Mariarita and her husband are wonderful, loving and friendly hosts and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we would come back here immediately!

We stayed at Alessandro’s house for two weeks and we loved it! The house is warm (huiselijk) and cosy. It is a home away from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. You will find everything you need. Alessandro is very kind and responsive. We could tell he takes great care of the house and its surroundings. Grazie Alessandro! It is 15 minutes from the city walls by car. 10 minutes to the supermarkets. My husband and son did lot’s of cycling, the house is a great start for different rides 👌🏻 We would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to Lucca, but likes quiet and nature.

My friends (group of 6) and I had a good time. The house is nice, tidy, and close to several walking trails, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The person who welcomed us was also very nice and approachable. The only inconveniences of the house are the bathrooms, which are small, and the underground room that is located from the main house; for small groups and for short stays it is perfect

We felt very comfortable at Adriana's and the accommodation was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The way to the accommodation is a bit narrow and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for inexperienced Italian vacationers, but it is quite feasible.

We loved staying here! Elisabetta was a very kind and helpful host, and the space was easy to find and adorable inside. It was a nice walkable distance to everything too. Would definitely recommend!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Accommodation fully matches the photos and listing, very spacious and clean. Peaceful and very pleasant setting. Gianluca and his family are lovely people. We had a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!
