Very well located apartment to quickly access the train station and the city center, comfortable, very quiet, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Franca welcomed us very cordially and took the time to give us advice (restaurants, shops, visits). Thank you for everything.

Newly renovated house, clean, tastefully decorated and with quality appliances. It's prettier than the pictures and if you're carrying a car it's perfect because you can park right at the door. 15 min walk to downtown. The hostess has been very friendly and always attentive. Highly recommended.

Silvio was a great host. He had great suggestions and went out of his way to help with whatever we needed. His place is in a quiet neighborhood. When we looked at Google Map to take the train, we expected to walk 10 to 15 minutes, but he gave us the keys to open the gates to a shortcut, which reduced our walking time to about 5 minutes. It was very convenient to go to Bologna downtown. The house was bigger than expected. I would recommend this place.

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

I can’t say enough about our stay at Sara and Gabriele’s home. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They gave us restaurant recommendations - all of which were wonderful. They even made reservations for us for dinner one night at a place nearby and gave us menu suggestions. The building is beautiful and secure and everything is within walking distance, with great bars, restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing locations close by. Sara also even called a taxi for us and allowed us to keep our luggage at the apartment until our train left. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Bologna! Bologna is a beautiful city and we really loved it. Highly, highly recommend.

Barbara was a great host and made the check in process really easy. We were able to check in a little early but would have been able to leave our luggage if needed. The apartment was very spacious and located on a great quiet street. I wish we had stayed here longer because it was such a great place to stay at. At check in Barbara also was very helpful in explaining the area, things to do, how to use things in the apartment, and was super friendly. This made our entire Bologna stay a great experience and we would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a very good time at Paolo's place. Small but with all the amenities, very useful. Paolo always responded quickly to our questions. We had a very good time because it was quiet, not on the road and above all it was very convenient to have private parking. Accommodation also appreciated by our puppy who felt calm without too much noise disturbance. Thank you.

Great apartment, very nice location. Not as much light as in the pictures. We were allowed to get an early check in and are very grateful.

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

We had a super nice stay at the place! We would be greeted directly with a small gift basket. It was clean, had everything that was described and even more (playing facilities for my son) everything for washing laundry, etc. We were at various destinations such as Florence, Pisa, etc. and the cottage was a good starting point! :) If we had any questions or needed anything in general, we always received a response very quickly. I recommend the house with all my heart and would also go again for vacation :))

Excellent! Very hospitable hosts, every detail in the house has been thought out. The apartments are decorated so that every guest feels at home. Wonderful garden and decoration.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Quiet location with a view of the mountains; we had a nice time; excursions to the beach, the mountains and to Pisa and Lucca possible.

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

We were looking for a quiet location, a relatively short distance from Bologna, to be able to visit a fair. It is a wonderfully spacious and clean house with the pheasants as neighbors as the extra feature. For us, this was the ideal base. And Federica is a fantastic host who responds quickly and thinks along.

Great family holiday in Prato, with easy access to Florence by train in 20 minutes. The train station is only 4 minutes walk from the apartment The apartment was as described, clean, modern, great location, owners very helpful. Close to shops/cafes/restaurants.

It was a little far from downtown, so I mainly took the bus, but there were many stops nearby, so it was convenient. At night, the street lights weren't bright, so it was a little scary to go around, but it was quiet and dark when I slept, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. The host is very responsive and willing to solve the problem and is very kind

My group and I had a very nice stay at Flor’s place. The location is very good in a quiet street, walkable to the city center and a quick cab ride to the train station. The apartment itself is very cosy and we felt at home right away. We very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend this location should you come to Modena.

We loved Antonio’s place and would stay there every time! The 3 flights of stairs only were a negative when we arrived and had to carry our bags up, but Antonio graciously helped us with our luggage! The location is near a beautiful park which we and our daughter loved. So many great places to eat and drink nearby. It was quiet and the bedroom can become very dark which was great for jet lag with a small child. Thank you Antonio for a great stay! We loved Bologna and can’t wait to come back.

Perfect host, perfect accommodation, perfect location! Alessandra was amazing, making our stay so easy. We stay in Bologna every year but this is the best of the best! Will definitely come back.

Great location, walkable distance to the train station, where we were able to catch the train to Rome and Pisa. Easy walking distance to some of Bologna’s attractions and just around the corner from Pam’s, a fantastic hypermarket.

This place was amazing. Close to everything in Budrio. Sara was very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will be back to rent this place again!
