Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

We had a fantastic stay at I Casali. The accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and comfortable. Tiziana and Roberto were excellent hosts. They provided us with great recommendations of places to visit and even baked some delicious cakes and biscuits for us.

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

If you want to go far away from tourism and experience high altitude, this is the place. The road leads up to the last house where there is peace and quiet. It's very authentic and old style throughout the home , we were offered coffee by the lower house which was very sweet . We slept here for two days, it is well located in the middle of Florence, bologne, Pisa

The place was the best we've ever been to. With 3 children, it was just perfect. The tranquility despite downtown, the easy parking, the easy check-in, the cleanliness, the amenities, just everything done in detail. We were extremely satisfied Would have liked to rate it 6 stars :)

If I could give six stars out of five, I would. This place is lovely: beautiful inside, modern and clean, the hosts are friendly and flexible. Highly recommended.

Lovely space, but better fit for a couple or single person as the second bed/sofa bed is in the combo kitchen/dining space. However, it was clean, comfortable and close to the train station and seceral restaurants .Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Great stay.

all in all great especially if you have a car. fully equipped apartment clean, good kitchen good for family. liked the place i recommend providing shampoo and shower Gell. also washing detergent for the washing machine otherwise great thank you

The stay was very comfortable and hassle-free. The place is much nicer than it appears in the photos, and the little garden is a delight. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable, cook and enjoy, as well as being very conveniently located.

Had a nice stay, apartment exactly as described and in photos. All necessary amenities. I had a small issue with the access code and host responded very quickly. Otherwise very clear photos in instructions. Historic center was about 15-20 min walk. Though the building was off a very busy main street, it’s at the end of a small side street so very quiet. As other reviewers said, the gate to pull into parking is VERY tight. We had a small rental car and I still was extremely nervous pulling in and out, especially in a manual car as it is quite steep. With mirrors flooded only a few inches to spare on either side. Once in though you don’t really need the car to get around, which is good since the apartment is just inside ZTL and hosts do not provide the pass. You can purchase ZTL pass in person or on-line. On-line requires foreigners to generate an Italian tax code! It’s not difficult but still an extra step. Overall we would stay again, without car.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Sara and Gabriele’s home. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They gave us restaurant recommendations - all of which were wonderful. They even made reservations for us for dinner one night at a place nearby and gave us menu suggestions. The building is beautiful and secure and everything is within walking distance, with great bars, restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing locations close by. Sara also even called a taxi for us and allowed us to keep our luggage at the apartment until our train left. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Bologna! Bologna is a beautiful city and we really loved it. Highly, highly recommend.

We were warmly welcomed by Giorgio and he showed us around. We felt very welcome and at home. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that is used by his family. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and blackout options. There is also a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom with natural light. Everything was very clean, cozy and quiet. The garden is also great, where you can relax or play table tennis, there are also playground equipment (swing, etc.) for younger children. From the apartment you can quickly reach cafes, a pizzeria or even the city - we were able to do everything on foot. Giorgio also gave us recommendations for various restaurants or places of interest in Bologna. We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgio's place and definitely recommend it👍🏻

We just completed a month-long stay at Carlo's place--what a fabulous experience! Gorgeous terrace, great views, spacious and light-filled. The kitchen is especially outfitted for long stays; there was plenty of silverware, dishes, and glasses for every use, and every appliance you can imagine. Heat and hot water were plentiful. Carlo was helpful and prompt in answering questions. We loved the location because it is close to center but perfectly quiet for sleeping. And the view of the rooftops of Bologna from the bedroom was a daily delight. We highly recommend--especially for longer stays!

Luciana is such a great host. I had a little accident during my stay in Bologna and she kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. The house has everything you need.

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Very nice and clean house. Good location. Very well equipped and provided with everything you need, toilet paper, soap, even coffee sugar and everything you need. The only flaw is the parking is not easy to find and the noises of the condominium, a bit annoying given the ground floor. Overall recommended.

The apartment is absolutely 10/10! It is so fully equipped that there's literally no chance you'd miss something! I'm a very frequent traveller and I stay at airbnbs a lot, but this one stood out! Honestly I couldn't recommend this place more! If you're ever in Bologna, this is the place!!!!
