Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

While our Venice Airbnb was our favorite overall, Eddy’s apartment in Florence was a close second! The location is incredible—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and steps from the Duomo. Eddy greeted us from the upstairs window (such a fun surprise!) and welcomed us with thoughtful treats like rosé, coffee pods, gluten-free chips, and the pear juice that quickly became our travel obsession. 🍐 The space is modern, spotless, and had the most comfortable beds and pillows we experienced in all of Italy. The washer and dryer were a huge perk, and having two sets of keys made exploring with a group so much easier. Do note: there’s no elevator and the entrance opens right onto a lively street, so be prepared to step straight into the Florence buzz. Our first night was a bit noisy due to neighbors in the courtyard, but earplugs did the trick and the rest of the stay was peaceful. A few extra towels would’ve been the cherry on top.

Great location! Apartment was exactly as described. It is about a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and a 12 minute walk to the Train Station. Great place to be away from the tourist and easy to walk to the tourist area.

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

We had such a lovely stay at apartment Emily & Kos! The location is fantastic — a nice, easy walking distance to the city center, with a grocery shop conveniently nearby for anything you might need. The apartment itself is brand new, beautifully done, and equipped with everything you could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable — we especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome breakfast package waiting for us when we arrived in the evening. Such a kind touch after a long journey! One of our favorite features was the cozy balcony — the perfect spot to catch some afternoon rays of sun. Our host was truly amazing: so welcoming, communicative, and helpful. Even before our arrival, she sent us a fantastic list of sights and local recommendations, which made planning our trip easy. I had an enjoyable stay at Allesandro and Daniela's place. Not only is their place very beautiful and strategically located, but the hosts are very responsive and proactive to assist us whilst our trip in Florence! Definitely very worth the stay!

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in the apartment for a full month. We felt at home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I would highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; together with the double glazing, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is reinforced, which makes you feel very safe. The location is a few minutes' walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to stay in. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (only 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt, it will be our accommodation in Florence the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

Stefano and Pamela are amazing hosts, the house was nicely decorated with a cute garden! We love having breakfast outside! We had an unforgettable trip!

A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

Our family recently stayed at this property. It was exactly as described; very clean, modern and large with a dedicated workspace. An extra bonus was a dryer as many rentals have washing machines but no dryers. The location is in a residential area across the street from a park and the river. It is 15-20mins walk from the city centre but worth it to be in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes. We walked to town each day no problem. The check in process was simple and the hosts were very responsive. All in all we had a great experience here and would recommend staying.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Florence! If you’re hesitating to stay on the other side of the Arno “Oltrarno”, don’t! This neighborhood was wonderful to walk about (go get a sandwich from Schiaccia!) and had easy access to cross the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, had great size beds, black out shutters, and a quirky laundry room. You’ll see! Thanks to David for a great welcome! Hope to see you again!

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Ilaria was a fantastic host. Not only was her place pristine and beautiful, but it was walking distance to all of the main stops in Florence. The space was so nice, the bathroom seemed brand new. It was spacious and clean. Ilaria was super responsive and kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much Ilaria! This space was definitely worth it!

We loved Mattia’s apartment! It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed (plus a few things left for us in the fridge which was great). The layout of the apartment was great. My teen daughters had their own area and I had mine. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and Piazza Maggiore. It was a quiet and safe area. We were sad to have to leave!

This was a really wonderful apartment in an amazing location (close to everything, including the train station). The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was super helpful as we like to pack light. Finally, it has the best shower of any Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Simona is very proactive with communication and was a pleasure to deal with. Besides the obvious things to do in Florence (Academy, Ufizzi, etc.), we took a day trip to Siena, took a bus to Fiesole and walked back (Fiesole is a suburb up on a hill which has a Roman/Etruscan archaeological site and museum, which are well worth visiting), and a wine tour (we did a hiking/wine tour in Chianti with Out of the Box Florence - recommended).

Apartment as described, stocked with all the essentials. Convenient area for visiting the historic center as well as very close to all the essential services. Josefina was immediately very kind in meeting our needs. We had a great stay.

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a very attentive host! She received us with great affection, allowed early check-in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, close to the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street as the building, the two closest. Clean apartment, clean linens and everything comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!
