Very cozy semidetached house bery near MET competition (5 minutes walking and 50 meters to beach). We love horses too. Fast wifi and possibility of work from home. Very quiet and familiar place . Swimming pool opened all year. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cafetery very closed. The house has a small garden with a porch and a solarium with sofas. Confortable house, beds, and good and speed WIFI conection. 3 rooms, 8 beds. All kitchen facilities. Very high evaluations from guests.

Ubicado en un 1º piso con ascensor y parking, está a tan solo 100 mt de la playa del Arenal, cerca de todos los servicios, restaurantes y chiringuitos. Perfecto para los amantes del mar y de las buenas comidas. Bebés y niños son los bienvenidos ya que disponemos de cuna, trona y una comunidad donde poder jugar y estar al aire libre. Hay una piscina publica a 1 minuto andando.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Central apartment with two large terraces. Ideal to enjoy the beach due to its good location (about 4 minutes walk). Ice cream parlors, restaurants and bus stop, all very close. Baby accessories. It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have put great discounts for the different months of the year). Good internet service, has a dishwasher.

Lugares de interés: la playa, vida nocturna, transporte público, restaurantes y comida, y actividades en familia. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la ubicación, las vistas, el ambiente, la gente, y las zonas exteriores. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, familias (con hijos), y mascotas.

Deborah es muy amable y atenta, siempre pendiente de ayudarnos y facilitarnos las cosas. Nos dejó algunas cosas como aceite, vinagre,sal especias, café y leche, mantequilla y mermelada, bizcocho, pan, cervezas y vino. Se lo agradecemos mucho, es muy detallista, incluso nos ofreció sillas y sombrilla ...para la playa o piscina. El apto es tal como se describe, coincide con las fotos. Tiene ascensor Es muy cómodo y funcional, hemos estado muy agusto. La piscina es estupenda y el tener el coche aparcado al lado es un puntazo. En fin disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa cumple todas las comodidades. Carlo siempre respondía nuestras consultas con brevedad. La playa (cala) esta a 17 minutos andando donde hay rutas para hacer. La joya de la casa son la vistas. Zona muy tranquila. La piscina comunitaria a la que se tiene acceso está justo enfrente de la casa. Ha sido todo perfecto.

We had an amazing time here! The house isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly suited for six people and feels incredibly cozy. The fireplace kept the living room wonderfully warm, and the electric heaters were excellent in the bedrooms. The spacious garden was a true highlight – our dog had a fantastic time exploring, and with everything securely fenced, we could let her roam freely. A big thank you to Paula for the thoughtful basket of homegrown fruit and the bottle of wine – such a lovely touch!

The large apartment is in a fantastic location for the beach, restaurants and local shops. These amenities are all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is large and spacious and very well equipped whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period of time. It has a large terrace so you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Spain offers. From the beginning of the booking until our departure Angela has been very helpful and quick in replying to us. Giving us clear instructions on how to find the accommodation as well as recommendations on local restaurants. We would have no problems in recommending Angela’s apartment as somewhere to book if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Oliva. We will definitely be back.

4 Bedroom Villa with Spectacular Views

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

Todo fenomenal, tuvimos varios problemas de los anteriores huéspedes pero Juan Carlos nos lo solucionó muy rápido, además de asesorarnos con la zona, donde comer que visitar etc. Hemos estado muy agosto. Por poner una pega y es más por gustos los colchones muy blandos. Muchas gracias por la estancia.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dino was heel vriendelijk. De woning was mooi, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn dat er een hekje geplaatst kon worden voor het zwembad ivm onze peuter. De buitenkeuken, altijd een plek mogelijk in de zon of schaduw, airco, zonwering en horren maakte het perfect. Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.
