Simple apartment close to everything: Mercadona, health center, bars, pharmacy, train station, taxi, bus, banks, and prepared meals. 2 minutes from the port and 13 minutes from the beach (1.1 km). Nightclubs are 1-2 km away. Air conditioning, 500MB Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and Netflix. All guests will be asked for ID before entering.

Apartment located on the beachfront, with a terrace in the front of the house, from which you can have breakfast or a refreshment while watching the sea, feeling the sea breeze. A bathroom with a large shower tray, renovated in 2024. There is a wifi and elevator. Go down, cross, and you have the beach at your feet.

It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Penthouse and duplex with large private terrace with ocean view. Relax at our chill-out ! It is a spacious and renovated apartment. The living room is very bright, with large windows. It has wifi and fans in every room. It has a garage place very close to elevator. The community is one of the most beautiful in Gandía for its huge garden and large saltwater pool. If you have kids, they'll love hanging out on the swings or playing in the garden. (Families only)
