The house was very cozy, it was tidy and clean, very spacious for the whole family, the air conditioning worked very well is appreciated for this heat, the village was very quiet and with a pool near the house, the owner gave us many facilities for the very friendly entry and departure time on her part, and the best we could would take our puppies, the only catch that I could put is that the ground floor had a bit of a musty smell but otherwise good, it would definitely come back again.

We visited this place with my wife and two small kids in February. It is a fantastic place for people who value peace, closeness to nature and beautiful views. From the very beginning the host was very helpful and communication went smoothly. The house is very spacious, well-sunlit, clean, ideal for relaxation. To get around the area well, a car is required.

Altea old town is beautiful and Therese place really does justice to the location. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is so well equipped there is everything there you could wish for plus some really thoughtful and generous extras that we really appreciated! The roof terrace with its wonderful views was a bonus. The house is a very short walk from some amazing bars, restaurants and cafes and yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. I would say it is a perfect house in a perfect location.

An elegantly designed dining area features a wooden table surrounded by light-colored chairs. The room is complemented by minimalist wall art in warm tones and natural decor elements, including a decorative vase. Subtle textures and soft colors create a serene dining environment.

Very enjoyable weekend spent at Benjamin's house. It is on a beautiful traditional narrow street. The view from the roof location is excellent. Our taxi dropped us off at corner of Ponent and Piteres. It is a one minute walk from there. Easy access from house to beach/promende area and upwards towards centre of old town with the beautiful church and restaurants. Altea is a gem and Benjamin's house helped us enjoy it even more.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment in the heart of Altea’s old town. The terrace, which overlooks a beautiful private garden, was one of our favorite features—it made us feel like we were in a peaceful oasis. Despite being centrally located and close to shops and restaurants, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, even on New Year’s Eve. The space felt more like a house than an apartment, offering complete privacy and comfort. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need—a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a washer, and even a grill on the terrace for outdoor meals. The host and her brother were extraordinary—extremely responsive and attentive, making us feel completely cared for throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had, and we cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. A true gem in Altea!

Jennifer is very responsive and communicates very well. The accommodation offered is really true to the description with all the amenities you need and the view on the top floor of Calpe is breathtaking We'll most certainly be back.

We enjoyed our five days at Carlijn’s and Yalcin’s house very much. The place is absolutely beautiful and every detail is carefully selected and of high quality. Spacious and beautiful bathroom with a great shower, very well equipped kitchen, a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and gaze at the stars and a bedroom with super comfortable mattress, there was absolutely nothing else to wish for. The place is located in a small and quiet street with beautiful small houses, well located in the center with a super market at 5 minutes walk and the town center at about 10 minutes walk. Parking is also easy at about 5 minutes walk. Absolutely recommendable!

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

My family had a wonderful experience at this home! Belen and Ana were such welcoming hosts and greeted us to give us useful house and activity information. The location was beautiful as it was in a nature park away from all the tourist crowds, and we had a perfect path straight to the calm beach.

Blue dome vista was perfect for my trip (single occupant), and is centrally located for the historic areas, local bars restaurants and churches all within minutes walking distance I recommend going up to the castle ruins for a breathtaking 360 degree view of the whole area The apartment has everything you need, but wouldn't be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs, or very young kids, due to the unusual layout that gives the place such character. I would say it is deal for a couple, or family with up to 2 older kids (10plus) as each room is on a different floor My only negative is the low headroom in the bathroom which is very limited throughout, so be prepared to duck your head for the low ceiling (approx 165cm) I would return here, due to the location and quirky nature of the place

We spend 2weeks with our two teenage kids in Kates apartment. The view from balcony was stunning. Very quiet place with 2 swimming pools. Most of the time the pools was just for us to use. Apartment well equipped in general. We stayed for the last 2 weeks in August, the only thing what did happen is that we lost the WiFi for the last few days of our stay, this didn't give us much trouble, but this could be an issue for people who need WiFi for work purposes. Otherwise we had a really nice holiday. You definitely need to rent a car, as there is no pathways on the road for people to walk on safely to even get to the small town near by. We definitely recommend this Townhouse. Kate is easy to contact and fast replies.

The flat was clean and as described. The location it’s just amazing. Nacho has been super responsive and helpful so all and all it’s a superb stay. Only thing to keep in mind it’s that the patio it’s shared and it’s a block of terraced flats, if you are looking for something more isolated and with mor privacy. Everything is as described by Nacho in the ad.

Probably the best house in Valencia. We felt like at home, the appartments are fully equipped, everything as described. Great neighbours, clean swimming pool and a lot of beaches around. Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes by car. The host is very responsive and Angela is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Maria’s house was exactly as per the description. Very close to great bakery for coffee, supermarket and lovely Italian restaurant. The house was very modern with all necessary equipment. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay which were promptly dealt with by Maria. A great experience.

We recommend this spacious and very clean space 200/100. Listing photos are as described. We stayed there for a week and were very satisfied. I highly recommend it for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host, he deserves much more than 5 stars: lovely, attentive, he ordered a crib and a kettle for us on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he hosted us very well in his accommodation. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again Roberto and hope to talk to you soon.

Everything is very correct and easy. Quiet neighborhood, no noise, parking in the interior garage of the Adosado and free parking next to the house. Very quick and accurate communication. Friendly hosts.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We found it very clean and modern. The village is very quiet at night and very scenic during the day. Brilliant blackout blinds. The local shop is just a short walk away. It was a little cold at night, but the heating warms the house up quickly and the duvets are very cosy. We would definitely stay here again.
