La casa era muy acogedora, estaba ordenada y limpia, muy espaciosa para toda la familia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien se agradece para este calor, el pueblo era muy tranquilo y con una piscina cerca de la casa, la dueña nos dio muchas facilidades para el horario de entrada y salida muy amable por su parte, y lo mejor que pudimos llevara a nuestros perritos, la única pega que podría poner es que la planta baja tenía un poco de olor a humedad pero por lo demás bien, volvería a repetir sin duda.

We visited this place with my wife and two small kids in February. It is a fantastic place for people who value peace, closeness to nature and beautiful views. From the very beginning the host was very helpful and communication went smoothly. The house is very spacious, well-sunlit, clean, ideal for relaxation. To get around the area well, a car is required.

Excelente estancia en una casa bien equipada, ordenada y práctica. Buena comunicación con anfitrión y facilidad de acceso autónomo. Ubicada en el centro de Calpe, a un paseo de la playa, con servicios básicos, supermercados, ocio, tiendas y restauración.

In einem ruhigen Viertel am Ende der Straße gelegen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Kommunikation mit Jennifer war jederzeit schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder 👍

We enjoyed our five days at Carlijn’s and Yalcin’s house very much. The place is absolutely beautiful and every detail is carefully selected and of high quality. Spacious and beautiful bathroom with a great shower, very well equipped kitchen, a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and gaze at the stars and a bedroom with super comfortable mattress, there was absolutely nothing else to wish for. The place is located in a small and quiet street with beautiful small houses, well located in the center with a super market at 5 minutes walk and the town center at about 10 minutes walk. Parking is also easy at about 5 minutes walk. Absolutely recommendable!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We found it very clean and modern. The village is very quiet at night and very scenic during the day. Brilliant blackout blinds. The local shop is just a short walk away. It was a little cold at night, but the heating warms the house up quickly and the duvets are very cosy. We would definitely stay here again.

Es steht uns nicht zu, zu bewerten, aber wir sagen einfach ein grosses DANKE. Ein herzliches Willkommen mit kleinen - nicht selbstverständlichen - Extras. Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

What a great place! We loved the location of the apartment, just a few steps from the square full of great restaurants, where people dined till late at night. Still, the apartment was very quiet. It was well equipped and very clean. If we are ever back in Denia, we’d love to stay here again.

Blue dome vista was perfect for my trip (single occupant), and is centrally located for the historic areas, local bars restaurants and churches all within minutes walking distance I recommend going up to the castle ruins for a breathtaking 360 degree view of the whole area The apartment has everything you need, but wouldn't be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs, or very young kids, due to the unusual layout that gives the place such character. I would say it is deal for a couple, or family with up to 2 older kids (10plus) as each room is on a different floor My only negative is the low headroom in the bathroom which is very limited throughout, so be prepared to duck your head for the low ceiling (approx 165cm) I would return here, due to the location and quirky nature of the place

We spend 2weeks with our two teenage kids in Kates apartment. The view from balcony was stunning. Very quiet place with 2 swimming pools. Most of the time the pools was just for us to use. Apartment well equipped in general. We stayed for the last 2 weeks in August, the only thing what did happen is that we lost the WiFi for the last few days of our stay, this didn't give us much trouble, but this could be an issue for people who need WiFi for work purposes. Otherwise we had a really nice holiday. You definitely need to rent a car, as there is no pathways on the road for people to walk on safely to even get to the small town near by. We definitely recommend this Townhouse. Kate is easy to contact and fast replies.

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien placée et très bien équipée. Malgré quelques soucis en début de séjour indépendant de mon hôte, celle ci a été très arrangeante pour trouver des solutions et que nous soyons bien. Zone très agréable, copropriété très jolie, très calme un havre de paix. Nous recommandons Gudi et son logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Probably the best house in Valencia. We felt like at home, the appartments are fully equipped, everything as described. Great neighbours, clean swimming pool and a lot of beaches around. Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes by car. The host is very responsive and Angela is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Bel appartement, correctement équipé, bonne connexion, calme au mois d'avril, supermarché à deux pas, environ 10 kms de Dénia par le front de mer. Nous sommes arrivés avec nos deux enfants (13 et 18 ans) aux horaires prévus, José nous avait envoyé une vidéo décrivant la façon d'accéder quelques jours avant ainsi que les codes d'accès la veille de notre arrivée. José, très réactif, accueillant sans être intrusif et clair dans ses explications. L'appartement est frais ce qui doit être agréable en été, également, clim et ventilateurs.

Marina es una anfitriona súper atenta y amable, y su casa es simplemente espectacular. Podríamos definirla como un balcón con vistas al Mediterráneo. Y menudo balcón! En el sitio más privilegiado de Altea. La casa por dentro es muy acogedora, con un salón de techo alto con grandes ventanales que, además de zona común, conecta las distintas estancias de la casa. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Ideal para preparar una cena en buena compañía. O solo, si lo haces con un buen vino. Todo es muy espacioso y está decorado con simpleza y mucho mimo. Nos encantaron las obras de arte! Aunque el verdadero cuadro de la casa es la vista enmarcada del exterior, con la piscina infinita que se funde con el mar a lo lejos. Simplemente increíble!

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Carlos. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Wir hatten den Pool die meiste Zeit ganz für uns alleine. Carlos hat immer super schnell reagiert, wenn ich ihn kontaktiert habe für Tipps ect. Merci für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Maria’s house was exactly as per the description. Very close to great bakery for coffee, supermarket and lovely Italian restaurant. The house was very modern with all necessary equipment. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay which were promptly dealt with by Maria. A great experience.

Nous recommandons à 200/100 ce logement spacieux et très propre. Les photos du logement sont conforme à la description. Nous y avons passé une semaine et nous étions très satisfait. Je conseille vivement pour les personnes qui viennent en famille ou entre amis : vous aurez tout le confort nécessaire et bien plus. Roberto est un super hôte il mérite beaucoup plus que 5 étoiles : adorable, à l'écoute il nous a commandé un lit bébé et une bouilloire le jour de notre arrivée quand bien même ce n'était pas compris dans la location. Très réactif et vraiment attentionné il nous a très bien accueilli dans son logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Encore un grand merci Roberto et à très bientôt.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

Une adresse à ne pas manquer sur Dénia! Une maison chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, d’objets de voyage qui en fait un lieu unique! Un grand merci aussi à Babette et Ramon pour l’accueil à l’arrivée; nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un formidable séjour. Maison très bien située au cœur du village historique, on ne peut rêver mieux! La douche sur la terrasse était un vrai plaisir! Ne pas hésiter, probablement la meilleure adresse sur Dénia!
