Very nice house close perfect to enjoy with family. We had a problem with the water heater that made us leave earlier that thought but Carlo was very helpful and send someone immediately to fix it. Totally recommend it

This was a really lovely property with magnificent views. It was very convenient to walk down to the waters edge, taking no more than five or six minutes. The walk into Denia was approximately 40 minutes. The bar and restaurant just below the Villa was very nice. The only criticism is that it is a short drive to go anywhere else, as there isn’t a shop within walking distance. That said, we had some really great days out and nothing is very far away.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

100% recommended! Our stay at the cottage was simply perfect. Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts: friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. The house is impressive, spacious and very charming. We were a group of 13 friends and had plenty of space. Despite it being winter, the temperature inside was very pleasant at all times. One of the greatest pleasures was enjoying its two fireplaces in the huge living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, the environment is wonderful: in the middle of nature, surrounded by an immense pine forest ideal for hiking trails. If you're traveling with any children or pets, this place is perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything! :)

The stay was perfect. The house is almost better when you are there. There's no missing detail. And the host was there for us at all times for us to enjoy our stay. A 10 for him too.

We loved it here so much. The most beautifully located building, and just an honour to stay in such an architectural masterpiece on the edge of the ocean. It definitely needs a bit of TLC - but we aren’t fussy and didn’t mind. It’s full of character. Located perfectly, took about 10 mins to get to the beach where we swam every day, 15 mins to shops/bars/restaurants. Just incredible… I missed it the moment we left.

The apartment is very central, close to everything. Despite this, you don't hear any noise and you can sleep perfectly. It's clean and well taken care of. The only catch is that it doesn't have an elevator and you have to go up 3 floors.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

The apartment is very modern, stylish and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and it should be noted that the air conditioning system also reaches the kitchen, important on hot days as it makes cooking easier. It also has a chillout area on the roof, highly recommended. Additionally, there is also a very complete barbecue area, but we did not use it. Also noteworthy is the direct access to the beach as well as the community pool and private parking. The beach has fine sand and was not crowded. In addition, Salva left us 2 beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to bring them from home. Salva was very kind and attentive throughout the stay. Thank you very much for everything!

We stayed as a family, two babies (2 years and 7 months) and a small pet. The accommodation was as described, it was easy to get there, the host was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we slept great, it was very well equipped. It was a bit hot, but with the fan in the master bedroom we were cool, and the air conditioning in the living room/kitchen. They put a crib with everything our baby needed, which is very much appreciated.

We rested from 11 to 18. 4 adults and 2 children. Apartment fully met our expectations. It is well equipped and with beautiful sea views. We were particularly impressed with the terrace. Ana was very kind and always resolved quickly with all our questions. We really appreciate it.

Janna’s place was exactly what I was looking for! It felt very private, it had all the amenities I needed and of course very beautiful! It is located in a quiet and residential place but perfectly located to travel to all the nearby towns, which is perfect if you want a private space. Communication was super easy as Janna responded promptly to any questions I had, will definitely recommend staying here!

We spent a wonderful vacation as a group of friends in Villa Maria. The outdoor area and the huge pool are really 1A. The house offers an incredible amount of space/sleeping options and is well equipped. Only in terms of cleanliness do we see a little potential for improvement, but it is still totally within reason.

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

The hosts were terrible, we were talking to Charo and he was charming from the first day to the last. The house is beautiful and with all the amenities, just like the ad. Highly recommended!

This house is the best choice for your next vacation. It has everything to make you want to just stay a little bit longer…. Or just return another time (I will for sure!) The house is very well equipped and decorated in style. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Beds are fantastic. The outside area amazing with several placed to sit, chill or sunbath. The infinity pool just breathtaking. Also, there is an outside grilling area with kitchen too. The very best is an outside winter garden / patio with the most amazing view overlooking Calpe city.

We spent almost 2 weeks at this beautiful and very located villa. The outdoor kitchen is the star of the show! It's well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need for outdoor cooking/living. We spent most nights here and in the pool area. This is exactly what we came to Spain for. The area is very convenient. Short 4-5 minute walk down to Cala Advocat, which is a beautiful and quaint bay with a great little xiringuito. Inge is a very responsive and thoughtful host. She was always quick to reply and her communication was very clear. We thought the welcome gift was a lovely and sweet touch! Thank you!
