Angela provided us with everything, the house was amazing, in an unbeatable location with incredible views, everything was clean and complete. Highly recommended and we plan to repeat! 😃

We had a wonderful stay at Javier's place. The apartment has a fantastic location to the sea and the surrounding gastronomy. You could always easily find a parking space in the street, right in front of the apartment. This is important for us, as we travel a lot on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is perfect. Javier was always great to reach and fulfilled all our wishes. He provided us with extra beach chairs and an umbrella etc. There were delicious oranges from the family's own plantation - a dream. When he visited us personally, he was super personable and gave us great tips. We will be very happy to return.

The accommodation cannot be valued for every euro paid, I think the best way to say it is that it is worth every second we spent in it. It was the first trip with our 3-month-old son and it has all the amenities you could wish for. It's a place I'll repeat, I'm not saying it as a prefabricated phrase, it's true, we're already managing times at work to return this year because we're delighted with the accommodation and Wilfried's treatment. If you are looking for a place to disconnect with the family, close to nature but without giving up comforts, this is the place.

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Wow! What can I say.. I am torn between leaving an honest and glowing review or keeping this absolutely beautiful home to myself!! 5 stars dont don’t do it justice! From the moment I stepped onto the stunning terrace and poolside I found myself in a peaceful haven and felt so relaxed. Cristobel explained the family history to me, and the love he pours into Casa Casablanca, and it shows! Simple authentic architecture and design mixed with modern touches. Perfectly located on the quiet part of the coast, a stones throw from the sea, close enough to access local walks, beach and town in about 15 minutes by foot. Cristobel hands on to help which was refreshing. He has expert knowledge of the local area and gave lots of local suggestions. Honestly, absolute bliss!

Really nice place to stay for short and long term. Short walk to the beach and near lots of places to eat. Would recommend to friends and family.

We were very comfortable in this apartment. Communication was fast and clear. The area is very quiet. We had a great night's sleep! A 5 minute walk to the beach. I recommend the accommodation 100%.

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

We stayed in this apartment for 4 days and the experience was unbeatable. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, fast and very friendly. They welcomed us with everything ready. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: full kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning that worked perfectly. In addition, everything was as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is excellent. We felt very safe and comfortable at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Gandía. If we go back, we'll repeat it without thinking. Thank you for everything!

We had a few fabulous days and immediately felt at home. Shopping is quickly accessible (by car) and there are even some restaurants within walking distance. An absolute highlight in addition to the view is the beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached on foot within 2 minutes via a wooden path. It goes flat into the water - perfect with small children. We will be happy to come back! :-)

We didn't have a great time and the truth is that it was a 10-star area and a lot of parking space and well located

We stayed in the apartment as a family of 5, the place was spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had plenty glassware and crockery. The only things we were missing were the basic kitchen cupboard items (sugar/salt/oil), but the supermarket was 5min walkway. We enjoyed the huge balcony for outdoor breakfasts with the sea view <3 . The place is located super close, walkable in less than 10mins to the beach! Also… the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for hosting us Francisco!

We had a great stay, great view and peaceful place. Need a car to get around. Pool is perfect and apartment is very well equipped.

The perfect place to disconnect with the family. The house is as shown in the listing, and the pools are spectacular, so you don't go out all day! Yes, you need the car for everything, but both the beach and the shops of interest are 10 minutes away. We would definitely repeat!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

Everything has been great, the apartment was clean and very cozy, he left us gifts for the children, and for us too, water and other things... the proximity to the beach, and not to mention the ocean views, the supermarket is very close, we would definitely stay here again

The house is spectacular! It's the best place to stay on Airbnb. All fantastic: the pool, mini golf, barbecue... Large dining room and kitchen. very good value for money. Lambert had everything very well cared for and prepared . Honestly, it couldn't be better! The only negative is not being able to continue on vacation more days in a place like this :) 10/10

A very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and it was very well equipped. The host and her son are very friendly and attentive to everything. Close to the beach, a 10-minute walk and a very quiet area. The development is a 10, with all the care. It's a place I'd repeat without hesitation.
