Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

There is a private office space on the first floor. Recently renovated! The Cottage on Roberts is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is all one level with the exception of a few steps that guests will need to climb to get into the house. If climbing stairs is an issue we can provide access by way of the back door, which has no steps. We can comfortably sleep and host 6 guests. The outdoor covered patio, backyard and kid's playset make this space great for all types of guests!
