The location for the price almost can’t be beat, you can walk to fast food or even the store if needed. Downtown is basically a drive up the street, and the residents are so quiet it was a great stay will definitely stay here again.

Suzanne and Cliff were wonderful hosts! They were friendly, available and promptly addressed questions and issues. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the pool house and it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. We can’t say enough about our stay here.

We stayed just for one night, but it was amazing stay! Everything was spotless, the beds are comfortable, it’s easy to find in a nice area, only 30 minutes from the city, literally RIGHT off the interstate, and the hosts were very responsive. Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

My girlfriend and I and our families were in town for an awards show in Nashville so we wanted to find a nice quiet place to relax when not in town and this place more than lived up to that! It was a beautiful, quiet setting with an easy commute into Nashville. Grocery stores were only a few mins away so it was very convenient to stock up then come back and forget about the outside world. Dan and his family were excellent hosts. He was very responsive and friendly. He gave great recommendations for things to do in Nashville. The interior was set up beautifully and we felt right at home, which was needed after a 14 hour drive. I definitely recommend taking some time to get out of the water there and take in the nature. We cannot wait to come back again and again!

I highly recommend this space for anyone planning a vacation in Nashville! From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made communication a breeze. They even allowed us to check in a few hours early and enjoy a late checkout, both free of charge, which was such a generous touch. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh coffee, a chilled bottle of rosé, and sparkling mineral water, such thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better, everything we needed was within easy walking distance, from great restaurants to live music venues. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Our group had a great time. Ryan was very responsive, the home was clean, and in a very convenient location. Broadway 13min away, groceries, liquor store etc… only 5 min away. Property also had a hot tub and pool which was a nice bonus. *Also, on the description it’s not clear, but one important detail to know is, this house is basically a “5” bedroom and not “4”. Which makes it even a better value! And the 5th bedroom has 3 beds in it. I’d definitely stay here again. -Ted

This home was absolutely beautiful, and perfectly fit our bachelorette group. The air conditioner wasn’t working upstairs and Cooper was incredibly responsive and had a tech out the same day! There was some ruckus at a neighboring home our first night where we felt unsafe and had to call the authorities and Cooper was so considerate and made sure we were all safe. He checked in multiple times on both concerns. He graciously allowed us to check in early, and checkout was easy breezy! He is incredibly responsive and friendly, and made the hiccups feel less worrisome.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I booked this place for a last minute girls trip. Our trip was during a holiday weekend and the host was extremely responsive leading up to a holiday weekend. The check-in information was extremely detailed and clear. We were looking for a place we could hang out, cook with a great pool. The house is in a great location. It felt secluded but we were about 15 minutes to convenient shopping, restaurants. BF was our contact while we were on the property and she was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.
