Very peaceful. Very clean. Very cozy! It was a perfect getaway to escape the nightlife of downtown. The hosts were more than happy to communicate when we needed. 10/10

This is our second time staying at Pineybrook Lodge - and I'm sure we'll be back in the near future! Chuck is a fantastic host. The pictures don't do the cabin justice! It was very thoroughly cleaned and stocked very well. From tea, to coffee k-cups, popcorn, to firewood bundles! We were also greeted with a gift from Chuck which was a nice touch upon arrival. The cabin is charming and spacious and fit 8 of us very comfortably. I would highly recommend the cabin to larger groups!

Chanin’s place was absolutely amazing. We booked this place at the last minute and she was so sweet during the booking. The home was immaculate with so much room. We brought our motorbike and got to ride the trail and travel around town. It was quiet and peaceful. So relaxing!!! We definitely needed this getaway!! The location was great.Definitely will be booking with her again. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!!

The place was amazing me and my family stayed for 3 days and loved it the glamping room made it so we all had so much more privacy while still being all together and the hot tub was nice for everyone, though we didn’t use the fire because it was raining it was a great sitting area to talk and hangout and play games.

If I ever comeback to the Nashville area or middle Tennessee I will definitely be coming back. It felt like home and this was way beyond what I expected. BREATHTAKING property and great host! Thank you!!

Whatever you seek, Billy Goat cabin is probably the place you’re looking for! Some of the most thoughtful, friendly and kind owners we’ve ever stayed with. They make sure their guests are taken care of and more - we had a sweet personalized message and fresh eggs for us upon arrival. There is clearly a lot of thought put into the decor of the cabin - it feels like home. The beautiful grounds were perfect for disconnecting from it all and relaxing, and the chickens and goats were adorable. A plus is that it’s only 30-40 minutes from Nashville, and around an hour and a half from Manmoth Cave too! Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

We’ve booked twice with Aimee and will definitely book again! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Aimee has always been very kind and responsive, and you can tell she wants the best experience for her guests. The cabin is spacious and sits on a beautiful, private stretch of creek. It was stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted, including creek chairs. We were also excited to see several new additions, like porch swings overlooking the water and a large picnic table and fire pit by the creek. Ingredients for S’more’s were even provided! This cabin is definitely a gem!

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

Our stay at the Lyric Lane Cabin was perfect in every way. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. It’s hard to capture in photos how stunning the property is. There is a beautiful view from every corner of the house or porch. It’s secluded but feels incredibly safe. The home is very well lit from the exterior. We had a mobile hibachi chef come out for dinner on the deck one night, and it was a night we will never forget! It was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Everyone was in agreement that they would love to come back again!

This place was perfect for us... a real retreat experience on a rural farm. We had the place all to ourselves, and sharing the property with farm animals was a nice experience. The only human interaction we had was the couple who made a brief visit to feed and water the animals in the morning and evening - both very friendly. The farm is very well kept - a few goats, sheep, chickens, cows, pot bellied pigs, and 2 barn cats. We had our service dog Max with us and he was in heaven. Will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! It was just what we were looking for on our kid free weekend! Super relaxing and quiet. Jonathan was wonderful with keeping a check on us during our stay and let us know road conditions after the storm. We will definitely be back in the future!

Stayed here for a few days and it was very peaceful and cozy! Very clean, well kept updated cabin and loved the privacy you get! Comfortable beds and living room furniture as well as a super comfortable Bed Swing on the porch! That was super relaxing and gave my husband and I the peace and relaxing we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

This place was all we needed and more. The host was very cool and friendly. Spacious rooms and the game rooms were so much fun. We mostly stayed at the house the entire time. We are definitely coming back next year to this location.

Beautiful location. Wonderful rustic cabin with all the necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer and wi-fi. (personal note: leave your cell phone and tablet at home for maximum enjoyment) Make sure to bring plenty of deet if you leave the paved area. We could easily have stayed several more days if we had had the time.

The cabin was just as pictured, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The WI-FI was absolutely reliable, I worked the second week and in a lot of video meetings, it was perfect. The outdoor deck was cute and comfy and very peaceful surroundings. I was alone for the second week and felt very secure in the cabin. The grocery is a half mile down the road and I was pleased to see that they were a full service grocery and carried everything (despite the small town)! Great quality meats and produce too. I tried the Grindstone Cowboy and it was great and easily walkable access. Pam was proactive and responsive ( I couldn't find find the remote for the living room lighting and she responded right away). I would recommend this cabin and hope to stay again sometime.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars I would. My friends and I stayed overnight for a birthday trip even though we are local to Tennessee. The hosts made it special for my birthday and we met all the animals. It was the most wonderful experience. We loved it. ♥️♥️♥️

Lovely cabin and properly described in property! My mistake was that I thought we would be able to see lake, which we could not! We did utilize the lake access area a short distance from the cabin!

Great overnight stay celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary. My wife and I enjoy fishing so that’s what most attracted us to the place. We fished til the sun went down and I was up early the next day to do so again. We caught nearly 25 between the two of us (mostly bluegill). Great dinner meal at 1819 in Lawrenceburg (not too far away). If opportunity presents itself again, we would certainly come back! Great host!

This little slice of heaven was just perfect for our annual family trip. My sister's and I very much enjoyed this cozy space. All amenities you could imagine were provided. Vivian was the perfect host with much understanding when we had to change our time there a little bit and it was much appreciated. She was very responsive. You won't be disappointed staying here. We'll definitely be back.

Very peaceful, cozy spot. Clearly a thoughtful host with just what we needed. It’s within eyeshot of the road and the host’s house, but they were kind and the area wasn’t too busy. Cell service wasn’t good so plan on having WiFi only.
